I was needing blood pressure medicine, but it seemed to doc that the only issue I had, was low potassium. Upon taking this every night before bed, I was able to wean off of the bp meds quickly and no longer need them. Follow your doctor's direction and your own instincts with your health. But as far as this product, the quality is great and it made a marked difference in my potassium levels. I will continue to order it. Also.... salt was an issue for me.... a little salt and my bp shot up... but it was because of my potassium imbalance, so if you have edema, or issues with salt... have your doc check your potassium levels.

This liquid potassium has SAVED me from night time leg cramps. I take 2 droppers full in the morning in water and 2 droppers full in the evening in water. And I am leg cramp free! I went on vacation with a lady suffering from foot and ankle cramps and she started using it and said her nightly foot cramps stopped the first night she used it!!

First time I've used it. I crushed a potassium mEq ER tablet and it becomes instant release/absorbtion giving you a very strong hit especially if you take it with a little salty water. Most can't handle it and will need to sip on it over time so I do not recommend and strongly advise caution using this method for most people. For me this was the perfect solution. It is an excellent product, yet it would be nice if it included a device where you can draw the level up to where you need it and not worry about getting too much/too little or spilling it because your hand is shaking or twitching.

Add these to water to restore all the minerals we no longer get from our food.

I use twice as much water as is recomended, or more, these are quite salty and I don't recomend using small portions of water with this. Great to hydrate though.

I do a lot of hot yoga like three or four times a week and my potassium tested low. I feel better taking this supplement and will keep this in my workout bag from now on.

Only contains 2 percent of daily potassium recommended, what is the point ??
