Review: Rehydrates - As others have pointed out, there is a slight medicinal/chemical taste to these, but that is to be expected and, in my opinion is quite acceptable. Great as a rehydration drink, and perfect for sipping during a workout.

**Q: Are the tubes and lids recyclable? Its a fair bit of plastic if used often esp if they arent.**

For each tube of Phizz sold, approximately 6 times its weight in plastic waste is collected, recycled and prevented from entering our oceans, that's a grand total of 1 million plastic bottles per year!

**Q: Does this help with your skin?**
A: Thanks for your question! While not designed specifically as a skincare supplement, Phizz can have a positive effect on your skin. Dehydration is harmful for both your body and your skin and Phizz helps your body absorb more of the water you drink, thus giving your skin the hydration it needs from the inside out.
Our scientifically developed formula also contains a comprehensive multivitamin with many skin-friendly ingredients. Some examples include antioxidants and vitamins like A, C, E and biotin.

**Q: Is there a version without the vitamin c as I take elvanse**
A: Hi there, thank you for your question! Unfortunately we do not make a version of Phizz without vitamin C at this time. We have shared your question with the product development team for future consideration. Our apologies!

**Q: How long can they be kept for after opening?**
A: They have a long expiry date (2 years) and the tubes are air tight when closed so don’t think it’s an issue? If you make the drink up it says to drink within 24 hours but that’s all? There is nothing in the tables to go off so not a problem.

Really great tasing electrolyte that’s not salty. I’ve tried so many different brands, and often struggle with the level of saltiness, but these are delicious - especially with an ice cube. While I’m not disciplined enough to have them everyday, they are a fast relief when I have headaches from dehydration. I do find them a bit pricey when not on deal, but they often have a promo so just set up an alert.
