Bio-Kult Migréa

A little weaker than Wellbutrin but zero side effects.

So far so good, I loved the idea that I could get some Magnesium and B6 in with my probiotics. I already take magnesium separately but the magnesium in this is a different type. This is a capsule so if you wanted to it could be opened and sprinkled on food to take it. It has a good variety of cultures and 2 billion so a good amount. The magnesium is magnesium citrate so you do have to watch for GI reaction but it’s such a small percentage that I don’t expect it. It does contain a good bit of B6 so I would not take this and a separate B6 or B complex supplement. I have not had any side effects to this and so far it seems to be helping. It is made in the UK and non GMO so I wasn’t worried about quality. The price is reasonable too.

After a severe bout of gastritis a few years ago, my gastroenterologist recommended a daily probiotic. I was happy to try this brand. Does it work? I don't really know, but I do know that since taking probiotics, I haven't had an episode of gastritis. To be honest, GMO stuff scares me and I refuse to buy it. * The high quality. Gets things moving Back to daily Excretion

My husband has a sensitive stomach so I ordered this for him and he thinks it is working really well. He has noticed less stomach discomfort which is great. His doctor had recommended B6 and Magnesium to him before as a preventative treatment for headaches so I was excited to see them included here since he’s not great about taking vitamins. It’s great that it needs no refrigeration so it can easily be packed along for trips out of town. We will definitely be ordering more so he can keep taking daily as it’s reakky helping him feel better.

Constipation

Magnesium helps with nerve and muscle function, regulation of blood pressure and blood glucose levels, and it supports the immune system and energy production. Vitamin B6 helps fat and carb metabolism and also helps the body create red blood cells. Our bodies can’t make Vitamin B6. And everyone knows how big probiotics are these days. Bio-Kult Migréa combines all three of these things--magnesium, vitamin B6, and 14 strains of probiotics--in one gel cap. I like this product and hope to continue taking it.
