I really like this product. I've been taking Berberine for a while now, and it's helping to keep my blood glucose in a normal range. I love that it also contains Banaba Leaf and Bitter Melon which are also good for glucose control. I will stick with this product for the quality and price!

Nausea from pills was intermittent and went away after 2 weeks. I take one pill with food 3 times a day. Blood sugar doesn’t spike as much and blood pressure has greatly improved. This is the ONLY supplement that I wish I had started taking 2 years ago.

I bought the 120 capsule bottle for about thirty bucks, and I was very pleased with it. I like the combination of 100 mg berberine, 200 mg bitter melon, and 50 mg banaba leaf per day (2 capsules). I will say, these capsules are very, very large. I solved the problem of choking on them by actually having the capsules in a spoonful of applesauce like they do in the hospital for large pills. That worked great. Of course, now I'm out of these because this size is out of stock. The smaller 60 count bottle is almost twenty four bucks, which makes it almost twice the price of the bottle I bought in November. In this economy, that is not in my price range.

I have been using this product for three weeks and my blood sugar is coming down. It has dropped 100 points since I started taking it. My prescription drugs for my diabetes had stopped working on me. From the research I did trying to find an alternative, I decided to give this a try and I am so glad that I did!!

It's decent I believe it worked. Was not something I was gonna buy repeatedly yet If needed I'll buy it again.

I'm a 45 yo female, so "menopause belly" has been affecting me for a while, and metabolism hasn't been great since 37 or so. I don't exercise and eat like I should (I'm hit or miss), but I can 1) tell a BIG difference in belly bloat when I AM exercising and eating correctly 2) it helps decrease the bloat when I'm NOT exercising and eating like I should. Maybe this is TMI, but it's a review so I might as well be honest...my BMs are great in the morning. Yes, it's the little things in life when you get older! They're more solid and I feel a full emptying of my bowels. I haven't felt that unless I'm in the middle of a cleanse, so it's nice to just be able to pop two pills daily and still get the same effect. I can't speak to the cardiovascular system support yet, but I'll see if it's made an impact when I visit the doc in December. Can't speak to the immune system support, either, but we're still in Covid-19 times so it certainly can't hurt to double down on immune support. I highly recommend this product if you're a female of any age, but definitely if you're over 40.

This product gave me terrible gastric distress. I have taken other Berberine products before and never had any issues. It also has a terrible taste even though it's a capsule so it shouldn't have any flavor.

I bought this product back in April and just decided to use it this past weekend. All I have to say is that wow! At first I thought my Dexcom was broke because my glucose level has been in range all weekend and I noticed I’m not craving any sweets. Usually Berberine does not work for me only bitter melon. This must be the perfect combination because I have been eating smaller meals no cravings and it’s a wonderful feeling that I found something that actually works! Please try this!

It seems to work for weight loss and energy. I’ve only done one bottle along with my b6 and b12 supplements and all my pants are lose on me now. Update, I tried another brand when this one was sold out. With that brand you had to take 2 to equal 1 of this brand and it didn’t work anywhere near as well as this one. So I’m sticking with this going forward and I definitely recommend it!

I started taking this Berberine HCL a few months ago. While it may be hard for people to to feel like they “ notice “ improvement or if it’s helping? My bloodwork improved significantly after a few months of consistency with this product. I recommend it if you’re looking for something to help with healthier Glucose and Cholesterol. I have reordered from this brand over previous ones.

I just bought my second. It has no side effect that I can detect.
