Help Them Grow or Watch Them Go Card Deck: Career Conversations Organizations Need and Employees Want

WOW. This card deck was an impulse buy and I just received it this morning. I've asked two different staff members to draw a card and we've discussed their answers. I've literally heard answers and information that I haven't heard before and almost certainly wouldn't have heard otherwise.I'm going to need more cards - please make a 2nd deck.I wish the "Help Them Grow or Watch Them GO" WASN'T on the back of the cards - it's not the message I want to convey to staff. Regardless, I *highly* recommend these cards.

I just received my card deck and couldn't be happier. I practice career coaching and ask questions like these frequently, and I see that this tool will be valuable in sharing this methodology with managers at my organization to be able to practice with their team members with little to no preparation or special training. Pretty close to the size of a standard deck of poker cards and the deck is of comparable quality so they should be pretty durable. They include instructions for seven different ways to use them. Instead of the instructions coming on a separately printed sheet of paper, they are included as distinctly labeled cards that are part of the deck.

Great tool for managers and trainers! Very practical and it encourages you to go and talk with your team.
