I'm so glad I found these , they work perfect for my fridge and the cost of a 3 pack is less than just one of the name brand. I think they last a pretty long time and the water tastes great and is super clear.

These Glacier Fresh replacement filters fit my refrigerator perfectly and work just like the original. Easy to install, and the water tastes clean and fresh. Good value for a 3-pack. Highly recommend!

Works great with my GE refrigerator and much cheaper than the name brand filters

This was the first time purchasing this brand of water filter. I wanted to see how long it would last and perform. It lasted 11 months, which is pretty good for these types of filters. I always mark on the filter the date that I install them. It seemed to work fine as far as the filtration. Easy to install. Fit well. No leaks. But I think after seeing another brands filter that I had used before, having a higher NSF 401, 53 & 42 Certified rating, I think I will purchase that one next time. Just for an added layer of what is filtered out. But this Glacier worked well. I have no complaints.

Installation was quick and easy and this filter works great, I highly recommend it for someone looking for a GE Replacement water filter.

Great price for the product! These fit perfectly in our GE fridge, and they last a long time. They take out the chlorine taste from our water and leave it clear and fresh.

I have nothing good to say about this water filter (Glacier Fresh GE-MWF) or Glacier Fresh as a company. The filter didn't fit correctly, even though the website claims it will fit my GE Profile refrigerator. Ironically, the box the filter comes in makes the claim: "Guaranteed Fit". NOT TRUE! The filter opening is just too small, and I spent all morning trying to find creative ways of enlarging the opening without compromising the filter. Once accomplished, I noticed a lot of black stuff coming from the filter (charcoal?). Once installed, the water coming out of the despenser looked gray and dirty. After running the dispenser for a while, it slowly started to clean up, but the water tasted similar to tap water. I was looking forward to that fresh, clean taste of a new water filter, but this filter does not provide that. So it pretty much fails in every category: Fit/Ease of installation, water clarity, and taste. Unfortunately, I purchased four (4) filters. On to Glacier Fresh as a company. I went to their website thinking I would find a number to call to get support with the install issue. Their website clams "24 hour support" and shows a person wearing a headset, as if waiting for my call. Very deceptive. They provide no number to call, they provide no live support, just an email. So now I'm thinking about returns. Again, the website is very deceptive. It claims "easy returns and 30 days moneyback". The truth is, you pay for shipping, plus you pay a 20% "restocking" fee, making returns very expensive and probably not worth the hassle. If you purchased your filters more than 30 days ago, or you don't have your original receipt, there are no returns. Oh, and there are no exchanges. Period. So much for quick and easy returns. Wish I had better news to share, but the Glacier Fresh water filter is a terrible product, the water doesn't taste good, there is no company support, and the company doesn't appear to stand behind their product. I would encourage you to avoid this product.

These water filters are not compatible with the GE MWF FMG-1 water filter. They have no lock on them and fall out to the holder.
