Love this for my hair!

This is the second time I buy this . I love the oil in spray, it's kind of like a mist once you spray it, it doesn't need a lot either, I over did it once and my hair looked greasy. My hair is kind of soft curl and it tends to get dry no matter what I do or put on. This oil makes it look shiny , soft and healthy, it's a quick fix for those bad hair days. The smell is so good , it relaxes me and makes me feel good.

I love this stuff! It calms static and fly aways and smells GREAT! It’s especially good for second day curls! I spray it and smooth it into my curls with my hands. I tried to give it 5 stars but it would only do 4.

I have used this oil for at least 15 years now and I absolutely love it. My hair feels so soft and looks very shiny. I am in my upper 40s and I do color my hair but this oil makes my hair look soft and shiny as though it’s not color treated.

Always buy this for my hair. Smells fabulous and is great for fly aways without using the oil. My last purchase, the bottle worked for about 2 weeks and now won’t even spray. I tried changing out the nozzle from my old one, still nothing. So, I paid for 1/4 of a bottle and have the rest left in a can that won’t spray!! Soooooo annoying. Cannot return of course because it stopped working right after the return window. Won’t be buying from this seller again.

This shampoo is great, only need a little bit, lathers well, smells great.

I wish I could describe the smell. I’ve bought products based on people saying how amazing they smell, only to be severely disappointed… the best I can do is to say that it smells like you just left a salon where the products always smell way better than anything else we could use at street level. It seriously good. I wish it was a body spray. The kids I work with ALWAYS say they love it. Having a good smelling hair product is important to me. I wash my hair 1x/week, so I reach for this product a lot. I disagree with the reviewer who says this is only for ethnic hair. If anything, I think it might not be strong ENOUGH for thicker or more coarse hair, unless they’re just going for the smell and a SLIGHT sheen, but at $20-30, that’s a hefty price to pay! (Then again, is it? Idk. At this point I’ve been willing to pay it; seeing as it doesn’t do much else.) Which brings me to the reason I gave only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, It says it’s a silkening mist, and oil-based product, but I do kind of agree with another reviewer who said it’s more like a hair spray. Others have said it dried their hair out, and I can see that too, although there’s oil, it’s got alcohol so it will ultimately dry it. Sorry. BUT, I still love it. It’s that yummy to me. It doesn’t say it’s a thermal protector so the way I use it is only at the end of my styling or as a refresher. •I wash my hair once a week. •I use K18 so I don’t use a conditioner for anyone who knows about that line (and I know, sounds horrible, but it’s never been softer and more manageable in my life since I’ve stopped the conditioner and started K18- but I use their shampoo, the spray, & the mask, so it gets pricey. Unless you get it on eBay.🙂) •Then I put in leave in conditioner spray. •Then a teeny bit of Redken Anti-Snap on my ends. •Finally I use some kind of oily serum, whether Chi or Biosilk. (I like Chi bc it’s a heat protectant.) •After air drying for a short time, I blow dry. •Then I flat iron. •This is where the Sebastian Dark Oil comes in. Usually by the time I’m done flat-ironing, my hair will lay nice and flat for me, but sometimes it can still be poofy. I spray it regardless of poofiness at this point, as a finisher, but it will do a fantastic job of keeping it smooth. Honestly it REALLY helps make my hair totally awesome, taking it to the next level. That’s why I buy it. It smooths enough (though I wish it were stronger in that sense, esp for the price). I would love if it were a bit MORE oily and LESS alcohol-y. The smell is a total winner for me. Hope it helps. ***For the record I’m a white female with shoulder-length curly hair which I always straighten.
