Fairly easy to assemble! For the price, very sturdy and looks great!It doesn't take up much space. I got it for a pinched nerve in my neck, and seems to be doing the trick!My neck and back feel much less tense than before, but do not invert after just eating!

Easy to assemble but however had to pay someone to drill holes where one of the arm pieces go

Got this for my hubby’s back so far so good, it’s a large piece to store but works great

The inversion table is very stable which is one of the reasons I bought it.

Assembly took about an hour.The equipment is much more sturdy than I was expecting.Worth every penny for temporary relief of my lower back pain. I've been using it 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minute durations.It is sturdy enough that it allows me to do some variation of the PT exercises I've been taught.I thought it would put me in a vertical position and was concerned about blood rushing to my head. But that is not the case. I keep it around a 45% inverted angle and its perfect.The down side is the piece of equipment takes up so much space and it is not a pretty thing to look at.It is not a piece of furniture I'd want in living or family room.For me, it's a worthwhile investment.
