Really turned the look of our bathroom around. Light looks great

**EDIT** read the below original review to understand my edit. I now give the product 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1- they have fixed the issue of program memory. meaning that if you had the light on and the defrost on when you hit the wall switch, next time you walk in the bathroom, the wall switch WIL turn light and defrost back on (previous version did not. 2 buttons process) 2- their customer service have gone above and beyond what my expectations were! they have reached out and made me aware that, at the time I placed my order, although the new version (memory function) was for sale, some of the old versions were still floating around Amazon warehouses. they offered me the option of a partial discount (due to missing function), or a brand new parcel. I went with the latter. the shipment was incredibly fast, and i am please to announce that my contractor was finally able to swing by and instal it (no professional installation needed, but since it was part of my house remodel, I'd rather not get my hands dirty if I don't have to :) ) furthermore, the support has taken into account my criticism with the position of the mounting holes, and he is going to talk to their design team. GOOD JOB on listening to constructive criticism. overall I'd highly recommend the product both for look and functionality, and for the customer support that stands behind their products. (sorry for the lengthy review) **ORIGINAL**it is a great looking mirror and it'll make any bathroom look 10x better, as long as the wall that it is hanging from, is smooth or tiled. Otherwise, it'll show EVERY SINGLE imperfection. so much so, that we had to tile our bathroom wall to fix the issue (it would have probably have been cheaper to get a different mirror, but we were on the fence about tile to begin with, and this just finalized our decision). 2 big draw backs to justify the 3 stars: 1- the mirror does not have the on/off memory function. meaning, that even if it is hard wired like ours, toggling the bathroom switch, DOES NOT turn the mirror light on. you still have to press the touchpad on the mirror. we have 3 more lighted mirrors of 2 different brands in other bathrooms, and they have this function. 2- the holes for hanging are WAAAYYY too close to the edge, so the hole on the tile is visible from the side (and I know the tile person was excellent as it did a lot of work throughout the house). overall I like the look of the mirror and I am sure to some these drawbacks are not such.

I bought this mirror for our newly remodeled guest bathroom and was looking for something modern but functional. The design is clean and minimal. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh, and it really elevates the whole space. The touch controls are responsive, and the anti-fog feature actually works. Overall, this is a great value for the price. I’ve already gotten compliments on it and would definitely buy again for another bathroom.

These are beautiful, love the touch feature. We bought 2 for our master bathroom. I gave this 4 stars only because it doesn’t give off a lot of light. We did add 2 lights above. More for style and aesthetics than lighting.

In the midst of a bathroom remodel, I was in need of a nice mirror as a replacement and this did the job with style and features. Arrival: This mirror comes in one box. Unboxing it, the cord is wrapped up and ready to rock to hardwire it. If you can’t hardwire, there is a plug in your box as a back up (spend the money and hardwire it). Setup: Can’t vouch for this as I had a contractor install but he had it up in no time Use: As previously mentioned, I have this setup as a hardwire. The instructions suggest it, I highly recommend it if you have the option. Even more so if you can wire it to a switch. When powering on, whether by button or on a switch, the light will power up to the last brightness level it was set to. As it’s early on in my use, I’ve played around with the dimmer and it’s pretty simple. Just press and hold the power button and it’ll dim and light up brighter when held again. The anti fog feature is a cool choice. I have quite good ventilation so far and have not needed the defogger. What I wish was different: When you opt for this, just remember it is one light setting, bright white. Options are few for similar mirrors to this in the size I needed. I would have enjoyed having a daylight color option for this as I personally like it better. But otherwise, the white will do.

The touch button on the mirror blinks after two weeks of use and now does not now sense any of the light operations. Basically, 2 weeks on plugging in took for the mirror to stop working. This is such a nice product and loved it until it stopped working as a light mirror ,and now is hanging in the bathroom with broken lighting feature.

I bought this mirror for a new bathroom addition and it has no windows so we leave the LED back lights on all day since in installed it in June of 2021 I love it and we get a lot of positive feedback on it. Just recently we had some power outages and it stopped working. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly with clear a list of questions. When I responded with the answers they got back to me same day and said they were shipping the needed parts. They came in 4 days and took 10 minutes to put them in with all plug and play connectors. I would highly recommend this company and any of their mirrors.

We remodeled our guest bath and purchased this mirror. My husband loved the lighted mirrors in hotels and this was a must have for him. It totally changed the vibe in the room and we love it. The dimmest setting is so nice in the evenings and it could be used as a night light. The defogger setting is a game changer too. I would recommend also having a light fixture above the mirror also as this is just a back lit mirror.

For the price and quality, it's a no brainer! Very happy!! Fits and works perfect! Looks good in my bathroom!

Love the look, quality and ease of use. Easy to clean too. Defog area is big enough and it works.

Update: Amazon did a full refund so I can buy a new one! We set up the mirror and took the plastic off and when I lit it up I notice a huge circle close to the top of the mirror some sort of crack/scratch but it doesn’t look like it came from anything that hit it or drop? What the heck Amazon?
