ALWAYS in my pocket or on my body! A must have with me when I do anything outside.
The best, absolute very best! Never gets stinks, merino wool is soft, very stretchy, not at all tight on my neck It keeps those little gnats at bay during bug season. It keeps drafts from going down my neck It keeps my head from getting sunburned It keeps my breath warm on those sub 10℉ outdoor days. It keeps my hands warm when I forget to pack mittens for a cool day run It keeps my ears warm as a headband I thought these were a joke, until I used them. I now own 5 Buff's and use them to adjust temp on my runs and cool and cold weather runs. Also, a great emergency hat to keep sun off of my head for when I'm caught in the sun without a hat.

Wonderful for skiing!
These merino wool Buff neck gaiters are great for skiing. Even when they get moist from your breath they feel warm against your skin. They feel light and are easy to breathe through. I have never had the need to wear a heavier weight version in our cold winters. Obviously, for snowmobiling you would likely need something thicker/heavier/more windproof but for skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, etc., this lightweight merino RULES!!! Dries quickly and wool naturally has antimicrobial properties as well, so doesn't get stinky like polyester.

One of the best accessories I've ever purchased
I travel extensively and often go from crazy climates to another. Sometimes I need a cap to keep my head warm, or sometimes I need to cover my face because of cold or pollution. Sometimes I just need a scarf to cover my neck. But I don't want to carry excessive things in my pockets or bag that I'll never use. A number of years ago, I bought a polyester buff because I saw "Long Way 'Round" and it came in very handy. It kept sweat out of my eyes and the sun off my neck in South America and in Asia, and it kept pollution of out my nose and mouth in China. And it held up through years of abuse. Now that winter is coming and I need to prepare to exercise outdoors, I need something that will serve multiple purposes. In the few weeks that I've had the merino wool buff, I've used this as a winter hat to cover my head and ears and I've used this as a balaclava while cycling to keep my nose/face/head/neck warm. The fact that this has so many uses and it's versatile means this will be my go-to accessory when heading out in brutal midwest winters. It's a great accessory and you can't go wrong with it. Worth the investment.

Good warm, comfortable, not long lived.
Like em, but they're thin, my older one developed holes/tears, over a period years... (3rd one now)

Great buff
Fantastic buff for biking in the New England winters, light and breathable but takes the bite out of the icy wind. Just don't put it in the dryer after you wash it or it turns into a shriveled baby buff

Compact, warm, great for surprise cold weather.
I don't use it every day, but it's small enough that I carry it as one might carry an umbrella--in my bag, ready for those terrible days. Keeping neck and face warm are a big deal in the winter, and this works great, but it's also light enough that I forget to take it off inside. So, it's just about perfect. Also makes an emergency hat, though a bit weird, and if you're camping you can jam soft stuff in it for a nice pillow.

Great product
Absolutely a necessity for anyone who spends time outdoors or heck even for the chronically chilly. It's a head sock, a face mask, or a neck scarf.

Not a great face covering
Not sure why this is so boosted for this purpose. I got this because people gushed about it on social. It's relatively warm for its thicknness, I will give it that. But once I am actually out using it in 20F weather running, even with my large head, it's hard to keep over my nose, it gets soggy (inevitable I guess) and I have to keep pulling it back up, or consciously hold my face a certain way to make sure the pressure stays on my nose. Maybe I am supposed to slide the back up over my ears to help hold it there, but I have Airpods I nee to access while running, and so I don't want to do that. I'm going with the Tracksmith Brighton this summer instead because its a conical shape and not tubular like this, and so tighter over the face. Maybe this is a nice headwrap, or a good gaiter for runners who want to slink it up over half their head. And I have a big one, too.

Good accessory for the Fred Whitton Challenge or any spring summer activity

I really like these thin Merino wool products. They are compact and keep your neck warm. They aren't as warm as thicker products, however if you need something to just keep the chill off this works very well.

似たような物を持ってましたが、頭が大きいので上手くかぶれませんでした。でもこれは長めに出来ているので余裕でかぶったりアレンジができます。買ってよかったと思ってます。でも今の値段見てビックリです。

I love the weight of these! Cosy but not too thick and not too hot. Perfect for hiking and snowshoeing! The merino wool is not itchy at all, love it!
