Can't complain with this bit of kit... it seasoned beautifully with blackstone's seasoning oil, and I managed to cook an entire bbq for 7 people, and the food tasted amazing.

I can eat as many burgers, and no need to buy takeaway burgers. And so easy to clean when finished cooking.

So far so good, was a bit apprehensive at first due to price, but seems to be a Good buy, I run a fairly busy Cafe and it was a lot cheaper than the one I bought 3 Years ago .

This thing is catastrophically dangerous! I've had it for a while now, waiting for a chance to use it. I decided to season it today. I've never had one of these before. I'm an amateur, but I'm not stupid. I looked up how to season it. Use a medium heat. I set it to 150 out of 300. There was alot of bangs and thuds. As it heated up, it warped. As soon as I tried to add some oil to season it, it burnt the oil instantly! There's no way that was 150 degrees. Not in any measurement. As the oil burned, the house filled with smoke. I've never been so worried about my house being burned down! I was really looking forward to having a flat top grill, but this thing is going straight in the bin... when it eventually cools down.

WOW - Outstanding its commercial grade, very high temperatures, its superb piece of kit only issue is instructions that come with it, its rubbish, youtube is your friend and Google on correct cleaning of the product - highly recommended, but be-aware its large and quite powerful, heats up very quickly, outstanding

Absolutely brilliant I've given it 5 stars because I love this hot plate I can't fault it at all it was easy to use no mess whats so ever no kebabs falling threw the grills or flames burning the hell out of your food having to flipp things every few seconds this is a must I had a get to gether at the wknd and everyone loved it they are saying they are considering on getting it also as how easy it was to cook and clean also. I would definitely recommend this item without any doubt as its brilliant can't wait to use it again, I just need a cover for it now

This is a heavy good quality product. It gets up to temperature quickly and cooks very well. My only observation on first use is that (with most electrical cooking devices) the temperature clicks off at hot, cools down quite a bit before clicking back on.

Its ok for the price. The temperature control is absolutely rubbish. If you can manage to control the temperature manually, then it does cook food very well and the large cooking surface is really nice. The grill surface is easy to keep clean once you get it seasoned. Just really too bad that the thermostat might as well just be an on/off switch.

I received a fake lookalike product that was packaged badly. Parts of the packaging had melted. The product itself was used, burnt and damaged! There is uncleaned grease and a bad smell. The box blatantly admits its a used product with a sticker on the side. Arrived abnormally hot. This product is dangerous, DO NOT BUY!!!

This is not about functionality of the appliance but about the way I received it. First it was placed upside down at the door The box was torn from multiple sides The product itself does NOT look like the photos It was NOT branded There was a dent at the left corner of the griddle top
