Before You Open the Package...
Just a heads-up to everyone: These packages are a zip-lock style at the top for re-sealing after the package is open. Consider placing the package upright and tapping the bottom on a table, while separating the seal at the top as best you can while it's still unopened, idea being to get the powder stuck at the top opening of the package to settle down into the package. If you don't do this, when you rip the package open at the top you may find a lot of powder spilling out. First world problem, but worth noting, I lost about a quarter teaspoon from the spill the first time I opened my first package. I was an alt-health and fitness "influencer" in the early days of online video and social media. So I'm well-versed in the area of nutrition. I chose this product as a whole food vitamin C source because it is an above ground plant (compared to root powders, where there is a persistent issue with heavy metals) and because it was the only "raw" one I could find, minimal processing. I do not want any whole food processed at all if I'm after the nutritional components. I have used camu camu in the past, but not for a long time, and am pretty sure I've been vitamin C deficient for a while now. I use less than half the serving size, so the purchase will last me a couple months. I eat it raw and chase it with water or other drink. It is tart as expected, and I've never been one to complain about the taste of any food that is used for nutrition, as I just want the nutrition as compared to satisfying my taste buds. I eat very little junk food, and in my opinion, if one is on a path of superior health, how tasty something is or isn't shouldn't be a factor if we're deriving the intended benefits from it. It's always been a bit of a peeve of mine to hear people whine about how a nutritional product tastes; grow up, we're not five, we don't need everything tasting like a gummy bear and soft drink. (End rant). Seems like the best option for camu camu, I expect to be a repeat customer. Cheers.

Great product to naturally increase your vitamin C intake
Great way to bring a high level of vitamin C in natural form, into your diet. Adds a tart but not super sour flavor to drinks. Disolves well. The two packets per purchase seems to last a long time. Better price ( that I've found) buying here through Amazon, than similar ones of this type product, in stores. Though my digestive system can be sensitive, I personally did not have any digestive issues or reactions from it.

sooooo sweet
I bought this for my smoothies thinking that I could eliminate one less pill to take a day (Vit.C). But it is soooo sweet and very odd tasting. I know this is probably not the manufacturers fault (is dissolves just fine - but Camu Camu is not for me!

Corona never had a chance
I’m on a path of natural remedies and finding quality Vitamin C was on the list due to its mitochondrial benefits and immune system benefits etc. I also watch a lot of Dr Berg and he preaches about Vitamin C but cautioned why we shouldn’t be taking any synthetic Vitamin C. So I was searching and searching. Then coronavirus hit the US so I was getting desperate and almost broke down and bought some synthetic vitamin C and then the universe said NOT so fast. Have no clue how this natural Camu Camu fruit found me but I read the label and this stuff has like 700% of Vitamin C and it’s all natural. I couldn’t believe it. Then i started working at a new job and one of my coworkers I swears has a jacked up immune system because whenever I was near him my chest would flare up. I felt inflammation in the lungs. Then after corona hit the US I noticed my nose would leak constantly and dealing with my coworker my immune system was under constant attack. Therapy routine: I take probiotics daily (3 at night) and (3 in the day) I take 15iu of Vitamin D Vitamin K2 I make green tea and put 1tablespoon of Camu Camu and 1 tablespoon of Moringa. My lungs feel better instantly Nose leaks stopped. This Vitamin C is powerful. Glad I found it when i needed it the most.

My parents swears by them!
My mom is a breast cancer survivor and gets sick often but has not gotten sick for the last few years since she’s been drinking this on a daily basis! My dad always makes a bottle just putting a tiny teaspoonful or less of this powder is bottled water and gives it a real good shake and drinks it with breakfast or later in the day. They loveee how they haven’t gotten sick or felt under the weather and always tries to make me drink it but I have to admit, it’s not the tastiest lol I’d say it kinda taste like sour dirt but if you just chug it or maybe mix it with something strong maybe it’ll mask it? Besides the taste, it gets the job done! I’d say there’s a good amount of it so one order lasts my parents a decent amount of time. Worth a try!
