Total postpartum essential: Comfortable, supportive, and worth it
They feel noticeably thicker and more substantial than the typical hospital mesh underwear, which makes them feel more secure and way more comfortable during recovery. The material is soft, stretchy, and supportive without being too tight, and it doesn’t dig in or roll down. What really impressed us was the leak resistance. They did a great job holding pads in place and providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind, especially for overnight or when you’re moving around a lot. No shifting, bunching, or that “am I about to leak?” feeling. If you’re putting together a postpartum kit, this is a must-have.

The Only Postpartum Underwear That Actually Felt Comfortable
These Frida Mom postpartum underwear were honestly the best thing I bought for recovery. I’m 5’2 and I was around 130 pounds after birth, and the fit on me was perfect. They’re super stretchy, so they don’t dig in anywhere, but they still give enough support to make you feel held together during those first few days when everything is sore and swollen. The cut is really nice too. They’re high waisted but not in a way that feels too tight or like they’re rolling down. They sit at a comfortable height on your stomach and give a gentle hug feeling that I really needed. The hospital mesh underwear didn’t do that for me at all. They felt loose and flimsy and they didn’t hold anything in place. I know some moms love the hospital ones, but I couldn’t get comfortable in them. These Frida Mom ones handled absorbency really well. They held the big postpartum pads securely without shifting or bunching, which made moving around way easier. I never felt like anything was slipping or about to leak. The material is soft and breathable too, so I never got irritated or sweaty wearing them. They lasted through the entire day. Wearability wise, they were perfect for those early days when I wanted to be comfortable but also feel supported and didn’t want to ruin my own underwear yet. I wore them nonstop. They kept everything snug without being tight, and that alone made a huge difference in how I felt while healing. If you’re postpartum and want underwear that actually supports and holds your pads securely without feeling bulky or scratchy, these are absolutely worth it. I’d choose them over the hospital mesh every single time.

Amazing product - material is great
Just amazing! The ones that you get at the hospital are horrible compared to these! These made the postpartum experience much easier. They have a tighter fit which makes it feel so much more secure in those first rough days. They have full coverage, not see through so easy to wear around and not feel uncomfortable! Material is nice and not rough. Very easy to throw away.

Very Useful for Postpartum Recovery
These disposable postpartum underwear were very helpful during my recovery, especially after a C-section. They are soft, skin-friendly, and feel gentle even on sensitive skin, which is really important during the postpartum period. The sizing is good and provides comfortable coverage without feeling tight or restrictive. They stretch well and hold postpartum pads securely in place, making them practical for daily use in the first days after delivery. Overall, a very useful and convenient product for new moms. I would especially recommend it for C-section recovery since comfort and ease of use are so important during that time.

Must have for postpartum
The Frida Mom postpartum underwear is far better than the standard hospital-provided pairs. The material is noticeably thicker, more supportive, and much more durable, which makes those early recovery days far more comfortable. They hold pads securely in place without feeling tight or uncomfortable, and they don’t easily stretch out or tear like the typical mesh options. Having underwear that actually feels sturdy and reliable makes a big difference during postpartum recovery—definitely worth having on hand ahead of time.

They’re a must, definitely worth the buy!
These are the best disposable underwear I’ve ever tried (okay they’re the only ones I’ve tried) but omg, they are so good, my mom accidentally washed one in the washing machine que it came out great, no tears or whatever, I’ve worn it multiple times (washing it and they’re still great). I used them after my C-section and they’re so comfortable and fit amazing, I put pads on them and they’re sos durable! 10/10 would definitely purchase again

Great Comfort… But Mixed Results for Sensitive Skin
I recently tried the Frida Mom disposable postpartum underwear as part of my recovery essentials, and overall I think they’re a solid choice for new moms — with a few caveats. First off, they’re really comfortable and easy to use. The material is soft and stretchy, giving good coverage and holding pads in place without being too tight, which was nice especially during the early postpartum days when comfort is everything. Many people find them way more comfortable than the mesh or generic options given at the hospital. Babylist +1 That said, I did notice some mixed experiences from other moms online, especially with skin sensitivity. A few reviewers report irritation or rashes, and that’s something to be aware of if you have sensitive skin or plan to wear them for long periods. Another thing worth mentioning is that because they’re disposable, you do go through them quickly — which makes them convenient but also means they’re not the most cost-effective for long recovery periods. They’re good for the first week or two, especially when bleeding is heavier. Bottom line: These are comfortable, well-designed postpartum underwear that work great for keeping pads secure and feeling more confident in those early days — just be mindful of possible skin irritation and the disposable nature before you buy.

These were great postpartum, felt secure in holding pads. They were super comfortable and supported the parts you needed support for post birth. I used for the first week post birth and highly recommend.

The best disposable underwear. I was so glad I had these after I had my baby. Also as I was nearly running out of them I changed washing a pair in the washing machine and they came out perfectly! They are so comfortable and gentle on the tummy area. Highly recommend.

Look like bicycle shorts and super comfortable for wearing in the hospital and at home. I used these post partum overstop of adult diapers and then eventually used pads in them. I used the same pair for a few days since they were more like shorts with a layer in-between. They lasted well despite the frequent up/down with diaper changing, putting on/pulling off pads, and stretching out from wearing. They never got baggy, they aren't too hot and they do breathe pretty well. I am 5' and went up to 135lbs during pregnancy and found that I could wear both petite and regular size just fine. They have lots of stretch but are small enough to fit small bodies too. If I had to choose, I would get the petit though especially after the first week or two postpartum as the belly started to shrink down and I was wearing less diapers. Highly recommend. 10 pairs lasted me the first 3 weeks in the way I was using them. I am not one to like spending lots of money on things that are thrown out, but I would 100% be willing to buy these again for postpartum wearing.
