A friend of mine gave me a few weeks’ worth of these to try because she knew I needed to take Vitamin D, and I ended up liking them so much that I bought my own bottle. The softgels are small, smooth, and very easy to swallow compared to other brands I’ve tried. I also love that they combine both D3 and K2, since they work best together for bone and heart health, so I don’t have to buy two separate supplements. Another thing I appreciate is that these softgels are made with sunflower seed oil. Since Vitamin D is fat-soluble, the oil helps with absorption. I prefer to take my vitamins in the morning, but I don’t always eat breakfast until early afternoon. It’s nice knowing I can take this first thing in the morning without worrying about whether I’ve had food yet. The bottle comes with 300 softgels, which is a generous supply and makes it a great value for the price. There’s no strong aftertaste, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking them. If I had to mention a downside, it’s that the label print is a little small. I wish the dosage instructions stood out more clearly. Otherwise, this is an excellent supplement that I plan to keep in my daily routine.

These are small gel caps so they’re easy to swallow. My doc has me taking these as the quality is fantastic. I have some bone weakness so these are perfect. I take them at night. These are a great supplement for elderly . I am very happy with the size and quality.

They came really fast. I can totally tell the difference they’re worth it. I will definitely buy it again as soon as I’m almost out, but these things are amazing hands-down I would order again. The pills are small and size they don’t taste weird and they’re GMO free gluten-free and soy free.

Based on my personal research, and my physician's recommendation, everyone needs Vitamin D3, which packs multiple health benefits like uplift in mood, but it needs to be paired with Vitamin K2 to work as intended. These contain both ingredients and I love these because they pack 5,000mg into quite a small capsule, which is great when you're taking multiple supplements, and they're a gel cap, so they go down easy as well. I have not had any stomach upset and my strength and energy level are definitely improved. I absolutely notice if I forget to take it. Also, they last for 300 days, so they're a great value.

Love this product! I am vitamin d deficient and have to take 5,000 iu of vitamin d3 daily. After years of using it I felt like I wasn't feeling the full benefits of the vitamin d3 on its own. After researching I found vitamin k2 or magnesium helps with vitamin d absorption. So I took to amazon in the hopes of finding a supplement that met my needs at an affordable price because let's be honest it gets expensive! That's when I stumbled across mircoingriedents and found they sell larger quantities of what I need for the same price as a 3 month supply from other companies. Now you have my attention. So I ordered. Here's my thoughts..... Love the packaging! The zip lock bag is easy to get into and great for storage. It would be easy to transfer them to another container if you wish for storage as well. The supplement itself is a small clear gel capsule that's easy to swallow. I have been taking it for almost a month now and I love it! The vitamin k2 is definitely helping with my vitamin d3 absorption! I won't knock my previous brand it's a great brand but I love that micro ingredients is cost friendly and great quality! I plan to try and switch as many of my supplements as I can over to micro ingredients. I love that I get more for my money!

Great supplement, always repeat

I took these vitamins together with my children. We had blood tests done before starting. After three months of use, our levels dropped instead of improving. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I seriously question the quality of this product and suspect it may be a counterfeit.

The zipper bagged's zip got removed after a week. Use a good quality packaging at least since it has tablets for almost a year.

Gel form. Tends to stick onto each other. Vitamin content low.
