These are nice quality, and it’s helpful that they have different exercises printed in them which is a good prompt to change up the exercise routine! I do wish they sold them in 2 or 4 packs of single color/strength bands.I will likely only use the black one and possibly the red one but will probably give the other 2 lighter ones to a friend.

Really great bands for the price. I’m starting off my fitness journey and wanted to incorporate bands in my at home workouts when I feel a little lazy. The material feels like it’s a good material that will last. They are not as thick as I expected them to be which affects my workouts a little but that’s fine. Other than that they are pretty great bands very happy with my purchase.

These are amazing - however they sent me an email saying they attached the workout guide but there was no attachment. They have not responded.

I can't believe such exists! I bought other similar bands of this price range $9 or so, and some even higher priced but they all annoying slipped out of place, ruining my ongoing reps of my workouts. But NOT this one--- just the right tension, stays put on your wrist and ankles. Would highly recommend!Only thing is I tried to buy another set for my friend, and they currently have it unavailable :( Please bring them back!

Love! These are so perfect for at home workouts or you can take these to the gym. I’ve already used them a bunch and they’re really durable through all the exercises I do. It’s also really helpful that there are recommended workouts on the back of the bands!

Heaviest band is still not very heavy resistance. They all feel like they could snap pretty easily.

I highly recommend these resistance loop bands - they have a set of 4, great for yoga, pilates, beachbody etc. The bands work your muscles like the weights do. I prefer these ones because you can easily take them out and few raps here and there. The bands are very resistant too. Overall, I recommend these exercise bands from Amina.

So far so good. Love the workouts are on the bands. Wish they were thicker because they roll, but for the price, I feel I got my monies worth.
