Beautiful dollhouse! Well made and nice and big for multiple kids and dolls to play in. It's not 100% wood, but at this price point is still good deal. The graphics on the dollhouse are bright and colorful. The set needs to be anchored to a wall (hardware included) to prevent it from topping over if a child pulls or climbs into it (toddlers). Assembly takes hours. I took pictures of the assembly progress by number in the instructions (ikea instructions - no words). The only issue I had was step 5- "k" screw really goes into the top left section of diagram vs bottom section of diagram, so the instructions are incorrect on that step. That was a good 30 minutes of annoying, but I figured it out, so hopefully my notes help you. The doll house you want to assemble a day before you need it because it's huge and took me, by myself 4.5 hrs to assemble. do yourself a favor and assemble the dollhouse furniture first as the tips of the screws have different colors and you don't want to mess that up (ex: pink wood furniture with blue tipped screws). You have to make sure you select the correct colored screws or at the end your dollhouse furniture screws will not match the color of the furniture. It's an nice build, but takes time. I had 2 issues with screws not wanting to tighten, so I used my spare screws I had on hand to replace them, but would be annoying if I didn't have spare screws at home. They also have certain sized spare screws in the set, so that's helpful, but I didn't use any of them. You need a lot of space for this dollhouse. Definetly takes up a large part of a bedroom wall. It's very tall...I had to use a step Stoll to screw the roof pieces on...I'm 5"5. It's a lovely dollhouse for 18" dolls and barbies and I love that it comes with dollhouse furniture, it will for sure last my 4 year old many years to come. I would have paid more for the stairs to be wood vs plastic, and paid more for the entire item to be 100% woof, but all in all, the dollhouse is a beautiful set for the price point. Great buy for us! The American girl dolls and our generation target dolls fit it in perfectly and multiple dolls can sit and play in the house. I took a picture of an American girl doll in her box next to the house so you can see how large the house is. I purchased "our generation" additional furniture at target to go into the house. Enjoy!

I bought this doll house for my 8 year old daughter. She would go online and look up directions and websites on how to build an American Girl Doll houses. I planned to build one, but a friend of hers had this one so we looked it up online. Amazon had the best price. I put this doll house together this past weekend. After reading the reviews, I was thinking it was going to take hours and hours. Together my daughter and I put it together in about 2hrs. The directions were better than I expected. Every part was labeled with a number and hardware with a letter. The directions had simple pictures that showed where everything went. The quality of the doll house and furniture was better than expected! Everything went together well and all the holes lined up. Everything was there, even some extra hardware. There were two screw holes on the porch railing that were over sized for the supplied screws. I used a couple longer sheet rock screws instead. DO NOT use a drill/driver on the screws, you WILL strip everyone. The only tool I needed was a phillips screwdriver and the allen wrenches supplied with the doll house. I Don't think I have ever given any kind of assemble yourself - made in China product a five star review. This doll house was pretty easy to assemble, it is sturdy and ridgid. Given it's size, I was worried about is being flimsy and falling over, but no worries now. The house can easily be moved with 2 people and holds it shape while being moved. I have put together all sorts of premade furniture and toys, this was the easiest and surprisingly the highest quality I have seen in an oversees product in a long time!

This gorgeous dollhouse can easily fit 7 or 8 American Girl dolls at any one time, so the dolls have enough space for tea parties, sleepovers, and all kinds of activities for creative playtime. The furniture that comes with it is beautiful and sturdy, and there is room to add a few extra pieces of furniture and accessories. We've added a chair to the balcony, another small table and sleeping bag to the bedroom, and a large Christmas tree and gift boxes to the living room. My daughter is enjoying this house very much and loves the fact that it is taller than she is! When we put it together, she needed to stand on a chair to do the third floor and roof. The house was easier to put together than I thought and seems very sturdy. We have moved it from one room to another several times, and have not had any signs that any parts of it were in danger of coming loose or being damaged in the process; it has held together very solidly, even when one of our pet ferrets decided to run inside to play! My daughter has trouble leaving it to go to sleep! I highly recommend this for girls who love their American Girl dolls and want them to have a spacious home.

Not the easiest thing to assemble, as the directions only show pictures (no write-up) and it is fairly easy to mix up the various screws. It had a few minor manufacturing flaws where screws did not line up exactly, but overall the quality is good. It took my adult son and I, a whole Packer game to assemble. Even the furniture has to be assembled. The detail printed on the walls and exterior of this house are really interesting. No stickers to apply, or cheap plastic pieces to snap together. Each room has wall decorations, there are spiral staircases, and even a toilet with a working lid. My granddaughter found the box in the garage, and has been asking me if it is put together yet, every time she comes over. She even said her Daddy would help me put it together, but her Uncle Billy came to the rescue. I can't wait see how she and her brother play with it. Hopefully it will entertain them at least this whole Winter. And now I have to find her another X-mas present! Make sure to anchor the dollhouse to the wall behind near the top, as it is a little "tippy" on carpet. For smaller kids, a step stool may be necessary to reach the 3rd floor!

Magnifique maison qui fait le bonheur des grands et des petits, tres jolis redonne vie a la chambre et aux poupees de ma fille. Je l'ai acheté pour les poupee Cheries de corolle qui fond moins de 40 cm et c'est parfait. Ma fille a 4 ans et il faut prevoir un petit tabouret ou une marche pour qu'elle puisse pleinement profiter du dernier etage. J'adore et recommande cette achat a toutes les passionnées de poupees. Pour mon budget j'ai attendu qu'elle soit en promo pour pouvoir l'offrir a mon enfant.
