I wake up with my breath feeling fresh and my mouth not emulating the sahara desert. It took me a while to get use to these. I had to find a spot where it was comfortable and stayed put (for me thats right above the tooth right behind (the next one back from) the canine, pushed as far up into my gum/lip area as it can go. The size takes some getting used to also (they arent huge they just feel big once in you can still talk and go about your day as normal and no kne will notice it), however they do last all night. Once you get the hang out of they’re actually quite easy to use. I have tried both the mint (which is mild and pleasant no burning sensation and gives the freshest feeling in the morning) and the plain ones (works but being plain your mouth doesnt feel as fresh in the morning, these are great if you hate mint or worse have a mint allergy, personally I find this very thoughtful of the company) These 100% work. I dont even sleep with my mouth open (has been confirmed) and I would still wake up with the dryest of dry mouths, it gets so bad it’ll actually wake me sometimes. My mouth would hurt in the mornings because it would be so dry. Went in search of anything that could help and stumbled upon these tablets. Figured why not. So glad I did because now I put one of these in every night before bed and when I wake up my mouth isn't dry, these really do help keep your mouth salivating throughout the night. I use them during the day sometimes too. Xylitol is the only thing I've found that actually helps dry mouth. Which in turns helps your teeth stay healthy. (so win win in my book)

These dry mouth melts work surprisingly well. They dissolve quickly and start helping almost immediately, which is great when your mouth feels uncomfortably dry. The texture is smooth, not chalky, and the flavor is light without being overpowering. They are also really convenient to keep in a bag or pocket for whenever you need them. Overall, they make a noticeable difference and are easy to use throughout the day. Definitely a product I will keep around and repurchase.

I was having issues with dry mouth during the night as I use a CPAP. Besides checking over all the hardware and seals for my CPAP, and setting temperatures/humidity, there is only so much to control. My dry mouth was causing my cheeks and jaw to get severely dried out and would wake up with an unpleasant sticking due to the dryness. First night, I tried 1 of these on my upper molars, and it already was working wonders, but my mouth was still dry, but 80% better than the previous night without the XyliMelts. Next time I tried 2, one on each side of my lower molars, and it worked wonders! I still woke up with a little dry mouth, but it was such an improvement I will be using these every night going forward. Each XyliMelt is individually packaged, so you don't have to worry about freshness. They pop out of the foil easily, and you can set them into your gumline before they start to set. Once they set, they do stay put. Just follow the simple directions on the box and you won't have issues. I also really like that you can drink liquids after putting them in, if needed, as I often drink water before bed, or if I wake up in the middle of the night. The taste is excellent, a very, very light minty taste, enough to be good, but not overpowering and you will quickly forget about it, which is probably what you would want when using at night. The thickness of the melt itself is a little big, and I'll notice it in my mouth while falling asleep, but it isn't disruptive enough to distract you or wake you up. Overall, a super good product, although slightly expensive.I think part of that is due to a niche product, but also the packaging - which to be fair is nice, since it will keep each individual melt fresh and the breakout packs mean you can take some traveling easily without worrying about bottles etc. My only complaints in the end would be the price (I will look to buy bulk now that I know they work for me) and maybe the fact it won't last a full 7-8 hrs of sleep for me, but still highly recommended for dry mouth!

These things really work. Like it says, 10 seconds in your mouth, placing it in position with your tounge and it stays in that position till it completely dissolves. I find that in the roof of my mouth, is best for me. My wife worries I'll fall asleep and choke on it. I know it lasts 2 or 3 hours of good sleep, with NO dry mouth. I'll probobly use them forever!

I have suffered with dry mouth for years and no one could help me. Recently someone suggested Xylimelts, and I have been a new person ever since! They work wonders! No more dry mouth at night. I usually don't use them in the daytime, but you can if you want to. I have recommended them to several friends and they are as elated as I am! They truly work. I can't tell you how much of a difference they make.
