Review: Pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase! - • I purchased a size 1X in the India Ink color. • India Ink is a lovely, very dark, cool gray that goes with pretty much everything. • A well made, lightweight vest with nice deep pockets on the outside AND inside. 4 pockets total! Unlined, but has finished seams. • A classic, easygoing style with a slightly modern look that's not overly casual or sporty. Something that could be worn nearly everywhere; camping, hiking, walking the dog, running errands, a day out shopping, brunch, dinner and a movie, etc; for vacation or everyday. • A nice piece to complete an outfit; with shorts, capris, jeans, slacks, or a skirt, and a t-shirt, tank top, or a blouse. • In California this could be worn during Spring, Summer, and Fall; and would make a great layering peice for Winter. • I'm 5'4", large chested and not skinny. The 1x fits nicely without adding bulk or feeling too tight over a heavy weight t-shirt. There's still enough wiggle room. • The drawstring tie/cinch falls above my natural waistline, just below my ribs where my torso is slightly narrower. Gives a more modern, trimmer look. • Center back length, from base of neck to bottom hem, is 27". The bottom of the vest falls about mid hip, just below my tummy. Review: Perfect for the Spring and Summer - Great weight for spring and summer. Finishes off a shirt into an outfit and gives you pockets for small items. I washed and hung it to dry. It turned out perfect with no need for touch up ironing.
