Shoei Journey GT-Air Street Racing Motorcycle Helmet - TC-5/X-Large

With other helmets, I have had a lot of problems in the past with wind noise when trying to either listen to music, talk on the phone, or even just shutting out some noise on longer rides. This helmet lives up to what other reviewers have claimed regarding its noise level. The helmet fits so well around that neck that it blocks out nearly all of the engine and wind noise. I installed a Sena SMH10-11 that works flawlessly with the helmet. People can barely tell I am on a bike when making phone calls, even at interstate speeds, and I actually have keep the music volume turned down fairly low because it is so easy to hear. The vents appear to work fairly well, generally better than other helmets I have tried. The flip down sun visor also works extremely well. I will stay faithful to this line of helmets from now on. The helmet is expensive, but well worth it if you want comfort and quiet.

Best helmet I've owned. So many options...comfortable for hours. Love the drop down shade, and fog free with the pinlock system. I'm probably going to buy a second one for my other bike.

Perfect ventilation, good quality product. In my opinion the best helmet available nowadays. Sun glass is very practical. I used it couple times when was really hot and my hair wasn't wet this times. :)

Helmet is better than expected! It is the best helmet I own. it also saves me space by providing the sunglass mode.

This is an excellent helmet with amazing looks. Very quite on the road and I love the built in shade visor.
