These smell like fish food are they safe to use?

I didn’t notice a fish food smell. However, they didn’t smell like the balloons that I usually get from the store either. A lot of mine had holes and the colors were mostly pink and salmon. I guess, it doesn’t really matter what color balloon you’re throwing at each other…. Easier to find the pieces?.?.?

I don't know if it is natural rubber latex or not. It is biodegradable. We use a lot of these during the summer and there is no balloon debris when the next summer begins.

Latex comes from the rubber plant. So it is biodegradable. It begins the decomposition process immediately after they are thrown away. However, this process will not complete quickly. It may take between 3 months to 1 years to decompose. For instance, balloons decompose faster in hot weather than in cold.
