I'm fairly active, I run at least 17 miles a week. As for my diet, during the week its most healthy, but all bets are off once I hit the weekend. I've been trying to lose these last 10 lbs, but I've hit a plateau these last few months. Now matter how much I switch up my exercise routine or clean up my diet, I just can't lose these last few pounds. All the weight is in my thighs, and despite how much I run, they still jiggle like jello.Like most other people who ordered this product, I heard about Raspberry Ketones from Dr. Oz. I'm really hoping that he is right, and that the RK will "slice up the fat" in my thighs. I took my first pill this morning after breakfast. I only took one (even though the bottle says to take two) because Dr. Oz says you only need 100mg of RK. The bottle doesn't state the amount of RK in it, but I read other people's reviews and they said it contains anywhere from 200-600mg of RK.So far, I haven't been hungry. Normally at work, I graze on food all morning. Today, my stomach just feels so full that the thought of food makes me feel sick. Not sure if its the actual product working or just a placebo effect. Saturday night was a night of drinking (starting off with a 22oz margarita) and Sunday I had dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse. I was convinced between all the alcohol and the all-you-can-eat steak, I gained at the very least a pound. I was very surprised to find that I lost 1.8 pounds! I have been working out regularly for the past 5 months as in 3-5 days a week I go to the gym for about an hour to hour and a half. I also try to eat healthy. Although I honestly don't always. I started at 190lbs in August. I am now I 135lbs. It is January. So, I lost 55lbs since then I am sure my hard work has helped. But I truly believe that these pills boosted my weight loss. I had no side effects from the pills. No matter how many I have taken. Other than sometimes burping and it tastes like raspberries. The bottle says a daily dosage is 2 pills. I started with that for the first couple of weeks to see how i reacted.. I then up my intake to 3-4 a day. Which is still what I do. Some weeks. I had up to 4lbs weight losses. It has been amazing. I have about 10 more lbs I want to lose and then I am going to cut back on my intake of them to maybe 1 a day. I would recommend these to anyone to aid in your weight loss. Don't expect to take these and eat like crap and do no exercise and lose weight. You have to put in work too. But I am telling you. It will work. I just bought some for my boyfriend. He also works out regularly and eats healthy but has been unable to lose the 20 lbs he wants to lose.
