I purchased 2 other bodybuilding type books for women and this is my absolute favorite. I love that it shows the anatomy and what muscles you work with each exercise. it goes into detail and pics how to do the exercise properly. Nothing but positive things to say about it!

I've recommended this to all my girlfriends who want to get in shape when they ask me my "secret". Easy to understand, good tips on diet & nutrition. All of Delavier's books are fantastic & should be in the library of anyone who is serious about strength training or just getting a good body.

Love that it shows you the muscle group that the exercise heels you with. It also gives you a workout plan and tells you the pages the y are on.
