after 4/5 usage suddenly there was an accident and as I am staying alone at home it was so risky for me and I felt so unsafe that even I could not call anyone to help me.The experience was horrible.I must say I never expect this type of experience from Amazon.I could complain but then I resist for their reputation.Please take care in future.That incident was very alarming.

Not useful at all. And no return policy on this product. ie no refund.

There is no local support. I bought dmr30-1028 in feb 2020 and it is not working. Local technician are saying it is not repairable. And service people say check with local technicians..

Product is good for baby clothes, not for adults. Motor RPM is very less, moving very slowly.

Within 3 months motor and capacitor was damaged. Had to arrange local technician by ourselves. Once they sent the motor and capacitor by courier. That too stopped working within a week. After that nobody picked up phone in customer care
