If you need a true navy blue scarf, this is not it. The blue is more of a royal blue/indigo blue. hard to pin down the true color. It is very pretty and soft. It is nice and sheer. It will be perfect for summer time in New Orleans. I have alot of diffrent shades of "navy blue" shirts. I will find one that it will go with. I love this brand of scarves and I like doing business with this seller. I have other scarves from them.

The scarf is pretty, but you have to get the true colors by using natural lighting. It does not depict the picture presented. Those colors are more vibrant. Nice quality and worth the price. Would have given a five rating, if the scarf was like the picture.
