Fiat 500 Abarth 2013
Had to shave down this post (see pic). Used snips and a little course sand paper. Went in easy, and we have a nice seal! Worth it.

make sure you have the time /light to finish. once you begin
they worked fine ,i completed both driver & passenger door handles and lock ,in the drive way ,in 22 degrees weather ,in 4 hours .im slow oh and make sure you have the tools / and a good light .I proved it can be done ,and i saved about 4 /to 5 hundred $$$$$$ assuming my time is free .

It works.
Did what I needed. Steel pin instead of whatever the factory pin that broke was. The pin was loose in the hinge but it should stay in place because of where it is in the handle. After installing, the movement was a little stiff and would stick open. I think I bent it installing, being a soft metal. Over a couple days use it loosened and now it works as it should.

Fits perfect
It takes some patience to replace the hinge but if you have time and do not want to spend the money to have the dealership do it, then this is a great option. Probably took an hour start to finish. Mostly because I had never done it before and I have big hands to fit in those tiny spaces in the door. If I did it again, I imagine I could do it in 30 minutes.

Quality and fit not par with OEM.
It doesn't fit as OEM, makes it leaving a much bigger gap.

Doesn't fit Fiat 500 without modification
This was NOT an exact fit for my Fiat 500 and required me to sand down the stabilizing post on the handle-side of the hinge in order for it to fit into its hole. You can clearly see the difference in this photo (original on the right, replacement on the left with larger post, taken before sanding down). Without this modification, the hinge would not seat properly and would have left metal protruding beyond the protective gasket and rubbing directly against the surface of the door. I cannot speak to the durability of the piece yet, since I just installed it today. Definitely a problem for anyone expecting to be able to install the piece without significant troubleshooting.
