No stomach upset and the quality is great. After being off my regime for far longer than I care to admit and being REALLY depleted of B12, I felt a difference quickly once I began taking them again. Depending on your vitamin requirements you can take daily or every other day so the value is great. Very easy to take daily (what I require at the moment) and meets the requirements set by my physician as far as B12 content per serving dose. The flavor is also not bad. Although I prefer a sublingual liquid, this dissolvable tab is a close second.

Taste is great and I will be reordering. I was told by my doctor to get the best absorption of the pills to choose melt in your mouth ones and this one is great. She stated to melt under the tongue.

Taste great! Have helped me get my lab values up

This is a great way to get Vitamin B12. It melts very easily and the taste is good. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or smell to the tablets. I had a low B12 on my lab report and the doc said taking it sublingual was the best way. This is an easy way to get a vitamin down.

I take these one a day. They do not upset my stomach and are easy to swallow. No after taste. Good value for the money. Buy every month.

Do these work? Can’t tell. I am in the first bottle. Need to run lab work to see if these work. I haven’t noticed any energy change, so took off one star.
