Bought a 4 pack of the lights for a bedroom in the basement. After only a couple of weeks 3 of the 4 lights just stopped working. Checked the bulbs in other sockets and checked the sockets with other bulbs... they were dead. I was a little upset to say the least. I did a quick search and found their web site and reached out to customer service not knowing what to expect. Well, within 24 hours they had 3 new bulbs mailed out Priority USPS to me with a return label for the defective bulbs! The 5 stars is because of their customer service. The bulbs, when they were functioning were worth it and provided great natural light. Not only could you see the difference but you could actually feel it as well.

Nice and bright. Not sure if they'll help SAD, but they are great light on the kitchen door cooking and don't feel hatch on the years despite massive brightness.

I was very happy when I received these lights. The lighting was lovely and exactly right to uplift my mood. Unfortunately one of the bulbs stopped working just after 1 week of use, and another one has also just stopped working, but my return/complaint time has elapsed just on 4 weeks which is extremely disappointing. I will not buy these again. They are faulty and a waste of money.

Great bulbs, producing bright but pleasant lighting

Perhaps there is a technical explanation for why these are so expensive. Some very rare earths in the coatings to create the output spectrum? Still, the CREE high CRI bulbs (back when I could still get them locally) didn't cost nearly this much. That and the user reviews complaining about short life. I needed two for sure so I ordered a four-pack to have a couple spares handy. These are for some product photography I plan to do soon, so I was willing to go the distance for the claimed full, even spectrum. UPDATED April 4, 2022: The bulbs produce beautiful photographic results, but with the one-stop absorption of light by the umbrellas, the exposure at EI 800 is f/16 at one-half second. I am using a tripod so this works but I'd prefer a brighter illumination so next I will be trying the Cree 125W-equivalent bulbs (ASIN B089HPRPHQ). While about half the price of the NorbSMILE bulbs, the Cree's CRI is still in the 90+ range.

I thought I had found the bulb I was looking for but, I was wrong. While these bulbs worked great for a month or so, after that they begin to flicker, and two of them have stopped working totally. We use these bulbs on the lower floor of our home in our animal rooms, and are almost always dimmed to between 50-70%. We are having no issues with the other fixtures on the same dimmer that this bulb is on. I am going to try the remaining 2 bulbs to see if maybe it is just a manufacturing issue with the 3 I have used already. At this time I would not recommend these bulbs to anyone using them in conjunction with a dimmable fixture or wall dimmer.

Excellent product with nice light output.

I'm using 3 in my home office, and the 4th one in my bathroom. Both cases, the light is good and bright. Good color rendering, no warm-up. It's well worth the extra cost to get good LEDs if you spend a lot of time in the same room as them. These are cool white, rather high color temperature. That's good for what I'm using them for.
