Purchased to season come carbon steel pans. Goes on easy with no mess. Easy to apply with a soft cloth and paper towels. Clear instructions. Provides for a good base to develop a good seasoned pan. Comes in a small tin which I will use for other storage items. Looks vintage.

This is the second one I got. I bought one for myself and then one for a gift for my brother. I LOVE this stuff!!! It's a small size, has no smell, good value, good quality and not sticky at all. Makes everything slick and is colorless. Brings out the wood tones and makes pans look like new.

This is great on all my cast iron. Seasons very well and easy to use. The scent is not unpleasant and leaves no traces of flavor in my food cooked in seasoned pans. I have a cheaper cast iron casserole that always has rusty dust if not treated and this seasoning prevents that casserole from rusting completely. Very impressive. Everything else has a nice shine and is ready for work when I need it. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect seasoning for cast iron pans. The wax blend of grapeseed oil, Canola oil, and beeswax protects, builds, and helps preserve a non-stick seasoning. In the past, I've used oil for seasoning my cast iron and always had issues with building the perfect cast iron seasoning. When I purchased a Field Company heirloom cast iron pan, they included their Cast Iron Seasoning Oil and a lot of great information about the perfect way to season a cast iron pan. I use my cast iron skillet daily and this is one of the best ways to continue to build that seasoning that only comes after years of daily cooking. The smell is minimal and it's easy to apply with a paper towel. There is no aftertaste when cooking. My only complaint is simply the small size. It's smaller than a can of men's hair product and almost as expensive.

This worked wonders for my cast iron skillet. Should have taken a before pic. My husband washed my skilled with dish soap (gasp), so I had to season and seal it again. This is a small amount, you have to do coat it and bake it for 60 minutes three time. I used the whole can for the 14 in skilled, but it looks amazing, the coating is even and I'm happy.

This seasoning wax is AMAZING!! Made my large skillet look brand new after it had rusted. It only required one pass. Also barely made a dent in the amount of wax, so worth the money as well. Be prepared for a bit of smoke when setting it though!

Good, as expected

This product comes in a very small container, and at first I thought it was going to prove to be expensive . A very thin coating, done 3 times with heating in between (directions are included) seasoned my DeBuyer carbon steel pan better than any other thing I have tried. It will last a long time, as it is not necessary to use it often. I would definitely recommend this.
