For the price, I'm very pleased. I used this camping sleeping bag to tackle the West Coast Trail. It's fairly lightweight (1.4kg) but the quality is superb. It keeps you warm in temperatures as low as 5C. The internal material is soft but it's still synthetic, therefore light and water resistant. I kept the sleeping bag in it's case (which isn't a compression bag) then placed it inside a garbage bag to ensure that it wouldn't get wet while hiking. This worked brilliantly. I'd recommend as an everyday sleeping bag (very comfortable) that's also light and warm enough to take during multi-day hiking trips.

This is a very nice sleeping bag. It is much lighter and smaller than an older +4C bag I've been using for 15 years. I really like the soft material in the inside. I'm 5'11" and 175 lbs and the bag fits me very well in light clothing. I think this will be the perfect summer or early fall bag for me. This past week I was camping on colder weather though and I didn't find the bag as warm as I was expecting. The coldest night saw rain turn to sleet turn to snow and then temperatures dropped significantly to -12C around 3am. I had to wear many layers in order to stay warm enough to last the night. I was wearing one base wicking layer, one base thermal layer, plus three more layers head to toe of regular clothing followed by a medium weight insulating later. On my upper body I added a polar fleece and light rain jacket. On my head I had a toque and a light hoodie, plus the rain jacket hood. I still needed to sleep with only about a 2" opening at the top of the bag and my whole head inside just to stay warm enough not to shiver. It still want comfortable. I was sleeping on top of an inflatable Klymitic Static V insulated sleeping pad plus regular foam bed roll. The night before this the temperature was about -6C and I had two less layers of clothes to remain cold, but not shivering. I was expecting a bit more warmth from the bag. With all of the extra clothing on and needing to close the face opening up completely, I found the bag to be a bit short for me and a bit tight all around. I don't consider this to be the typical use for this bag though, so I'm still generally happy with it. If I was planning on using it in cold weather all the time though, I would get a warmer bag and possibly a bit larger. Overall the quality of the bag seems excellent though and I expect to use it for many years to come.

Absolutely amazing sleeping bag. I spent around 5 months looking for the perfect sleeping bag that balanced price, temperature, weight, and pack size. This was the one I chose, and I’m so happy that I did. I’m 5’ 3” and over 200 pounds, so I’m hardly a delicate flower. I was a bit worried about how tight the bag would be, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how roomy it was. I have plenty of room to move inside for a mummy bag. The bag at first felt a little thin to the touch, but I guess I’m just used to old sleeping bags because it’s ridiculously warm for it’s thickness. I also really love the padded hood and draw string. I was looking at far more expensive ones at Cabelas and they weren’t half as nice as the one I got. I’d buy it again in an instant. The zippered pocket for your cell or camera is a nice touch too. Update: having used it between 10-15 Celsius, I was surprised to find that I woke up cold at one point. Granted, I’m a VERY cold sleeper, but still. I still 100% love the bag and will use it for summer as it clearly won’t be too warm for me in the 20’s, but if you are a cold sleeper, it may be something to think about.

I like the size and construction quality, Doesn't come with a compression cover though so if you need to save on packing space, you will need ot buy one. Overall great value.
