Can't beat Sudafed for sinus issues
The best product for me when I have blocked sinuses and colds. I get sinus pain and Sudafed Max is the only thing that works for it. Clears my sinuses and nose and relieves headaches and all pain. The caffeine helps with energy and gets rid of that drowsy feeling. Great value here compared to the shops. They're quite big, but still easy to swallow. They're very effective and last up to 4 hours.

I’ve used Sudafed Sinus Max Strength Capsules during a bad sinus flare-up, and they worked very effectively. Within about 30–45 minutes, I noticed a significant reduction in sinus pressure and facial pain, making it much easier to breathe and function normally.
