Don't Sweat the Small Stuff for Women

Easy to read. Pages or not too long.

I like this book is broken down into short chapters with different themes of experiences of those who are in the work field. It’s lengthy for a small book but I found interest in every chapter. I like that it includes coping skills to situations and encourages a “take the higher road” way of being that could be generalized into other parts of life. I recommend.

I feel as though this book should have been listed as "Good" or "Acceptable" instead of "Very Good" because, when it arrived, the back cover was wrinkled with water damage along with some of the back pages. There were also a few stickers stuck to the back cover with something black smeared over them. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase. It was inexpensive and shipped fast. Thank you! :)

I received this book really fast. I'm not a reader but was told about this book from a good friend. I ordered it the same day after reading a sample of it. It's an easy read and not overwhelming for the non- reader. I've started reading it and can't wait to finish it and apply it to my life. If you are in search of a good life, work, spiritual balance then this book is for you.

I have been loving this book while in the process of reading it!! I recommend this book to every mom out there!! We all get a little overwhelmed from time to time while trying to be "super mom". And this book is a refreshing break that we all need!! And it reminds us that we don't need to go crazy while trying to live up to these crazy standards we set so high for ourselves!

Ladies, how many times have you said yes when your gut said "Don't do it"? How many times have you wished for some time to unwind but keep over committing yourself, anyway? Do you offer your opinion to someone before they've even asked you (maybe they just wanted a listening ear)? This book is a wonderful gift for any woman, no matter what her age.

Every woman should read this book. If you're a person who stresses a lot about little things like I used to, especially when it comes to us women, this book will help you solve that problem. The advice this book offers is helpful, informative, and works.

Great Book!

If you are like me, who thought that juggling the many daily responsibilities of being a daughter, wife, mum-to-be, daughter-in-law, friend, career woman, sacrificing sleep in the process is what a 'good woman' should be, this book will provide you with the good perspective of how you do not have to be trying to have it all while having this growing tiredness on the inside. I was just looking to have a good 'girlfriend' chat with this book and it was exactly what it is. The tips provided are simple and obvious, yet many of us many have chosen to overlook them, while trying to juggle it all. At the end of the day, we have to be feeling our best to be able to give our best to the ones we love. A good read for some healthy perspective, I recommend it :)

This was similar in some ways to the book written by the authors, husband, but there were some extras for women that were helpful. Liked the help for packing to go away! As it was written by a woman for women, it had a helpful slant to it.

I first read the original Don't Sweat the Small Stuff which hugely positively influenced my life. I still reference it today. This book, Don't Sweat the Small Stuff for Women is good too. Not as good as the original but still quite good. Each page or so is a new chapter and new lesson that can be applied to your life so that you'll live a happier life.
