Nearly Miraculous!
From the time I was a teenager, and I am 44 now, the skin on my feet has gotten terribly dry. Back then I had satin sheets and they were ruined from my dry skin messing them up by putting little pulls in the fabric.I don't know why my feet are like this, but they always have been a problem. The skin on the bottom of my feet, if I do not use this product, becomes very thick, especially on my heels around the edges and on one spot on each foot on the balls of my feet under my big toes. Sometimes the skin overall is also very rough. It stains horribly and no type of pumice stone will clean it up and remove the thick rough skin. Then, and this is the worst, especially around the edges of my heels, the skin develops lines that turn into little crevices and they will crack open. That *really* hurts.I have tried just about every tip and trick and product out there. Petroleum jelly, thickly applied and covered with plastic, will help a litttle, but this is the only type of product that will cure the problem, and this brand is the best, at least for my feet. Although the instructions say to use it right after washing your feet, and I agree that is the most effective time to apply, I apply this cream whenever I think of it. I use a good amount and really rub it in. If my feet are cracked open badly it will sometimes sting a little, but this doesn't happen often and it isn't too bad when it does. The cream starts to work very quickly. For example, even when my feet are in bad shape and I apply it when my feet have not just been washed, if I apply the cream at night before bed, by the time I wake up in the morning I will have some relief. Some minorly cracked ares may have closed up and the more severely cracked areas will be well on their way to closing up, and overall they will hurt much less. I can also notice that my very thick, hard skin has softened a bit by the morning. Within a couple of days, even the most severe cracks will have closed and I will have no pain at all. In a couple more days my feet will be in fantastic shape, relatively.I really should apply this product every day, but I tend to forget to do it once my feet are in better shape. I am sure if I did apply this product daily I would not develop thick, rough, cracked skin on my feet at all.Another problem ot solves is that in the past 2 years I have developed, on just the outer ankle-bone-bump on just my left foot, a patch of perpetually dry, flakey skin. It doesn't bother me except to look bad. I have found that no other type of lotion or product does anything to improve that patch of skin. This product clears it up.Flexitol Heel Balm is a fantastic product. When your feet are cracked open and raw it is pretty miserable. This product heals the cracks and softens my skin, eliminating all pain. I highly recommend it.

If used according to directions, it works really really fast-just a couple of applications. Read my review!!!
I have terrible cracked heels and callouses and go to my podiatrist every two months--I am borderline diabetic, type 2. This worked really well and I noticed a BIG difference after two applications. In the beginning, at home, I massaged it lightly into my feet after showering--if feet are damp, you can use a bit less as it goes further. Then I put ankle socks on and slippers-- or shoes if I am going out. At the end of the day I do it again, and put ankle socks on until I go to bed ( cannot sleep with socks on ). I live in the desert in California where it is really hot so I take 2 showers a day. I alternate with using KERASAL- which is an foot ointment. Now that it's all under control, I use KERASAL ( see product link ) only once every week to week and a half, as it is a bit greasy as it is an ointment, and This HEEL BALM every other day, as described above. It is best to wear socks of some kind during the day. I used to go barefoot, but think that that was what made my feet worse. My Podiatrist was absolutely FLOORED with the change in my feet and quickly wrote down the names of these two products. It works like magic!!!Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair, Exfoliating Foot Moisturizer 1 oz. - Clinically proven to moisturize and exfoliate dry feet and cracked heels - Smooth, soft feet fast with visible results in just 1 dayIt also makes exfoliating the skin easier with a foot file as well, which I use in the shower every once in a while...MB

Good heel balm for the feet
It's very effective for crack heels as long you use it all the time. It can't heal the cracked skin, but it really helps if you apply the cream a few times a week and cover your heels with badages.

Best so far
This stuff is absolutely amazing. I've spent upwards of $160 on foot reams, and this one by far works the best. My feet are back to how they were before having kids, which for whatever reason, dried and cracked my heels. It may have been due to my thyroid as well. Either way, this stuff has fixed my issues w dry cracked feet that needed to be exfoliated constantly to be sort of soft and smooth. I highly recommend this product.
