Took 15 minutes. 1(2 works best) small crescent wrench(s)(to remove the old seat and to tighten bike seat collar), Hex Key/Allen wrench(don't recall the size I used. But a cheap set from the 99 cent store would work). Looks and feels sturdy. Did raise the seat level up a bit but was able to adjust to a lower setting on the seat post. The hole did match and I was able to change the seat to a smaller one.
