My daughter wanted a blue carpet for her room so badly. I shopped around at local furniture stores (minimum $200) and mass retailers (a certain store with a big red logo $60-$80 and smaller than this one). I decided to take a look on Amazon and came across this one. I was a little hesitant since some of the reviews said it looked cheap and you could see the mat through the fur. For $30 I figured it was worth a shot since it was going in a four year olds room. Sooner or later she was bound to spill something on it. When it arrived it came folded up in a rectangle bag about the size of a king sized sheet set. I was nervous it was going to be tiny but then I kept unfolding and unfolding. I was pleasantly surprised at how big and soft this rug is. You can see through it a bit if you're running you hands over it and pushing down on the fur. If you're just walking on it it's fine. The edges of the carpet aren't exactly pleasant to look at but once the fur moves around on my light carpet it's not completely obvious. When its first put down it does look bumpy. I smoothed it out as best I could. Took 2-3 days but it seems to be laying flat now. My daughter adores this carpet. The first day we put it in her room she wanted to sleep on it instead of her bed. It's so soft. The color is beautiful and matches her frozen themed bed. I don't know how well this will vacuum up. I have not tried to vacuum this yet. The fur is long so maybe the highest up setting on the vacuum would work best. I have not noticed any shedding in the week I've had it set up. Overall I would buy this again. Maybe not the exact color because it doesn't match other parts of my house, but it's a nice cheap area rug.

I felt compelled to write this review because of some bad reviews I read .. this is a great product for certain needs ...it’s purpose is not for your living room in an expensive home .. I purchased it for my bedroom closet ( along with a velvet topped white stool, also from Amazon that a hurricane could not topple ) and liked it so much I purchased another for a girls room ... there are so many places it would be useful ! It’s very soft yet no shedding , you can WASH it ! I don’t know about you , but a spot clean only rug in a child’s room is laughable to me , the rug is thin but very soft and excellent play rug , I received two a hot pink and a purple .. no Wrinkles no ridges took them out after 30 minutes no crease marks even visible .. I haven’t washed them yet but my washer will I’m sure, do this up very nicely on delicate mood , they are a terrific value ... oh and did I mention NO weird smell ... I’m thinking of where I could use another ...I think these are just awesome ...

*Update* I reached out to the seller and told them my rug was ruined because it was washed and they said they would issue me a refund. Regarding what they said about washing the rug "We are very sorry that the rug was damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience. Maintenance methods and machine wash method: 1. the carpet can be used vertical and drum household washing machine washing machine, in the cleaning time, please read the instructions of the washing machine and select the carpet can be used to clean the appropriate mode, due to the different shape of the washing machine, the carpet may not fit. If you encounter this situation, please do not have a hard plug, please also use hand wash. 2. Please use neutral detergent. Their customer service is great and they got back to me the next day and wanted to provide a satisfactory solution, which was a refund. Overall decent product and great customer service. 4 stars. ------------------------------------------- I was looking for a cheap rug since I recently got wood flooring installed and I missed the feeling of carpet beneath my feet. I came across this Amazon listing and bought myself the gray rug to put in my room. Two days later, it arrived in a neat little package and I was amazed about how soft it felt. I laid it down in my room and immediately my dog jumped on and took a nap. She loves the rug. Fast forward a couple months later, the rug starts getting dirty. It's embedded with dog fur and dirt so I decided I wanted to clean the rug but I don't have a vacuum so I start to wonder if I could machine wash it. I pull up the Amazon listing under features and details and it does in fact state that "The rug is machine washable, please air dry it...." So that's exactly what I did. I put it in the washing machine to wash it and air dried it. It turned out to be a horrible mistake. By washing it, it ruins the cushion that's embedded in the rug. Little tiny bits of it came off everywhere. I can't even lay it down in my room without it these grainy bits all over my floor. The fibers of the rug are filled with the grainy bits. This rug is official ruined and I don't even know what I should do with it. At this point I should just toss it. I'm angry that it states that this rug could be washed when it should not be washed at all. The sad part was my dog and I really enjoyed the rug. This listing has inaccurate information so please don't believe everything you read on the listing.

This rug was perfect for my daughter’s nursery. It felt so soft and fit perfectly in the middle of the floor.

This looks nice and is soft right out the package. It would compliment a dorm or small room decor. The reason for the 3 stars is because its so dang thin. After stepping on it a daily for a month, it get fairly flattened. Even vacuuming, nothing refluffs this. I don't think the quality matches the cost.

This is my second purchase of the same rug, but this one is white. There's no smell, its fluffy and white..( not cream) We are redoing our bed room so we wont be using till January. It comes vacuum sealed and looks so tiny... But its true to size!!

Great product! I ordered the yellow and was super pleased! It’s a very soft, pale yellow that complements the neutral decor of my sons room. He is thrilled by the silky softness of this rug and even insisted he sleep on it the first night! The backing has enough grip that it doesn’t slide around on the laminate flooring. It is a bit on the thin side, but I was expecting that based on the reviews and price point. I was able to vacuum it and remove the majority of the car hair from it and was pleased that I was able to do so without clogging the vacuum! Overall, very impressed and would absolutely recommend-especially for a child’s room or as a playful accent piece!

Lo que me gusto la textura y que no se deslizaba, pero al momento de lavarla en la lavadora, empezó a despedazarse por la parte de abajo, se le quito el agarre que tenía en el suelo y además empezó a soltar como polvo blanco, ya nunca quedo bien el pelo después de lavarlo en casa y peinarlo.
