Decent DIY Manifold for R1234yf
Hoses are regular Right Hand treaded. Comes with coupler to attach to R1234yf can tap. Not a big deal but the fun begins where you will tighten one side of the coupler, and then accidentally loosening the other. Get a wrench or pliers to hold the opposing side. 🙂. Nice feature that each hose has an integrated plastic nut turner that you can move to either side. Comes with a purge valve and the extra vac valve is nice. Overall it got the job done. Good value.

Good quality, well made. Everything you need to recharge your cars ac system. Hoses and fittings are standard 1/4 RH thread. Has adapters for left hand thread. r1234yf fitting. Good value for the price, would recommend.

Pros: This manifold did the job for me. Valves all work and seal well. I like that it has separate ports for freon and vacuum. I like that it has a case. Cons: I hate that the hoses have angles on one end of the fittings. Idk how the can tap is even supposed to work. It looks like the worst design I’ve ever seen if it’s supposed to work on the little cans (I bought can taps separately and used them instead). The hoses don’t seem to stay tight, so keep an eye on that. Lastly, idk if it is my vehicle or not but I barely got the low side coupler to attach to the low side port of my vehicle (r1234yf). I tested the r134a couplers on another vehicle and they worked completely fine. So there it is, I used to have a nice manifold so these leave a lot to be desired, but they’re cheap and they work.

Effective and easy to use
I love that it has a separate hose to pull vacuum on the system. My old gauges only had a single hose so I had to swap from the vacuum pump to the r134a bottle which means you'll let a little air in. With these gauges you just close the vacuum hose and open the fill hose which you've already vacuumed so there should be essentially no air in the system at all. The r134a fittings are also quick connect so it's much easier to use.

The item is durable, has gauges that are easy to read and adaptors for more than one system. The controls are also easy to use.

Connectors for 123YF are really garbage quality. Otherwise everything is good, except connectors.

Just the job for sorting your air conditioning out on your vehicle love the fact it is very tidily packed in a case so you can use it anywhere and everything you need to do the job is in the case.
