⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic Moroccan flavor that’s impossible to find elsewhere! I absolutely love preserved lemons, but they are incredibly hard to find in most local grocery stores. I finally found these by Mina, and they are exactly what I needed to take my cooking to the next level. True Quality & Authenticity These aren't just "lemon-flavored"—they are authentic Beldi lemons handpicked in Morocco and naturally cured in sea salt. The quality is immediately apparent; they have that perfect, tender texture and a deeply briny, complex citrus flavor that you just can't get from fresh lemons. A Kitchen Essential Since they are so hard to find locally, I consider these a high-value pantry staple. They are surprisingly versatile: The Classics: Essential for authentic chicken tagines and couscous. Everyday Use: I love mincing the rind into salad dressings, pasta sauces, or even folding them into grain salads for a punchy, savory kick. Pure Ingredients: It’s just lemons, water, and sea salt—no artificial preservatives or "filler" ingredients.

These preserved lemons are tender and add a bright lemon pop to tagines. We've used them for both fish and lamb tagines and they were good in both.

This is now the 2nd jarred item I've ordered from Mina where the lid came loose in shipping and the contents spilled out of the jar into the rest of the package. They use a small piece of bubble wrap around the jar but no tape or plastic to secure the lid to the jar itself leading to it easily coming loose in transit. Extremely disappointing considering the products themselves are quite good, but it does not appear to be worth it to order online. ***EDIT ALL THREE items I ordered from Mina came with lids loosened during shipping and the contents spilled throughout the package. Definitely do not buy from them on Amazon, their lids are not secured well enough to stand up to shipping.

does not arrive in the yellow lemon color, more brown color, but we used them in our mediterranean root vegetable dish and the smell and the taste were very good.

Omg I was not expecting it to taste this good you smell the lemon as soon as you open a little salty but I definitely got my moneys worth

I ordered two jars of Mina's preserves lemons. One jar was fine. The other was clearly leaking and there was strange black stuff all over the jar and lid that can be seen through the bubble wrap. I tried to return, but it's non-refundable due to it being food! I understand not sending it back for a physical return, but not being able to be refunded for a product that's unsafe to eat is UNBELIEVABLE! I'm extremely disappointed that I can actually show photos of the state it arrived in but can't get a refund. I'll need to try ordering from a company that backs their products 100%. I ordered from Mina because my last jar was so delicious. But who can afford to spend $10 on three preserved lemons that you have to throw away because who knows how long the jar has been leaking?!
