Hi, it says 2130mg. Is that per capsule? If not, how much is there in a capsule please?

Turmeric 1950 /3 = 650 mg per capsule Ginger 150/3 = 50 mg Black Pepper 30/3 = 10 mg 1950+150+30 = 2130mg recommended serving of 3 capsules. I started taking 3 capsules per day but reduced it to 2 once the swelling and pain in my fingers and knuckles were gone; presently I have no pain.

Is this product gluten free? Any hidden gluten?

There does not seem to be any gluten in these turmeric and black pepper capsules. I am also 'gluten free' and following the Medical Medium diet for rheumatoid arthritis. This is a reasonably priced brand and is helping with pain. I am on my second pot of these, but am having to take 3/4 capsules a day for pain relief. It also seems to help digestion. Hope this helps.

How much actual curcumin is in each tablet?

Very little! It’s just clever marketing... These are basically just Tumeric (which contains around 3% Curcumin), you can this that in Tesco! You need a supplement where the Curcumin has been isolated and is 95% pure, cut with 5% black pepper (BioPerene) for absorption into the body... you would need 15,000 mg of this supplement to receive just 500 mg of Curcumin!!

These contain hydroxypropylmethylcellulose what is this. Does not sound organic
