I slow cooked it on the stove top and it was pull apart delicious in just 3 hours or so. The bone broth added all the nutritional goodness of the bone and bone marrow missing from the stew along with extra salt, mushroom flavoring, and thickening quality. It worked fine as a thickener and I didn't need any other thickening agent. Recommended.

**Q: Has anyone used it just plain in hot water for a drink?  I see most of the reviewers used it in recipes. I'm looking for a satisfying beefy taste.**
A: A round about answer:  Person below mentions replacing coffee.  I've been making turmeric paste using instead of water, herbed bone broth.  I used to drink it alone like a tea.  I too drink coffee.  I drink Bulletproof with vanilla and cinnamon with a drop of mint oil. One day I decided to blend the two (tired of drinking two hot drinks in mornings).  It works.  It tastes good.  Even my very VERY picky cousin liked it.  So add it to your coffee or tea.  Make bulletproof …  add and blend it slowly at the end so you don't fractionate any proteins.

**Q: How can a 10g serving contain 35g of protein?**
A: So sorry, that should be 3.5grams! We will update immediately. Excuse the confusion and thanks for the question.

**Q: Title indicates "Organic", but no indications of anything organic on the container. Is this organic?**
A: Hey there! The herbs are all organic and the beef is grass-fed

A: I don’t know. The container was damaged, opened and leaked prior to receiving so i just threw it away. Never check details.

When I bought this product I thought it was in powder form. Which o would have wanted as it would last longer . When I opened it it was a gooey texture and has to be used I. Two weeks which is not acceptable z. It also tastes very much too mushroom lime and not enough beef flavor. I thought I was buying beef bone broth not mushroom goo. I’m very disatisfied.
