Really nice, and such a good price. The rubber is very soft, feels almost like velvet. The metal is very shiny, and the red emblem is bright red. The lettering isn't embosed, just printed on the metal, so we'll see how it holds up over time.

I’m happy with it. I had them engrave that I’m a caregiver for senior, with the address and phone number. Incase something happens and I become unresponsive, it’ll let someone know to check on that person since they live alone. It’s peace of mind. I have huge wrists and it fits just fine. Holds up well with my line of work too.

My teen son bout this for himself and he loves it. Its held up durable, adjustable. Every once in a blue moon it will fall off his wrist but I think he is usually being robust when that happens. Recommend

Updating this review to reflect the response I received from the seller. They tell me that they have no bands that are longer than the one I received, but they have offered me a refund. Truthfully, I can’t ask for more than that. In summary, the tag is outstanding. Easy to read, eye-catching, and very smoothly polished. The silicone band is likely good for a woman or a small-framed man. For me (6 ft, plus, and 250 pounds), it’s quite uncomfortable. Shipping took a really long time, but it was on, I’m sure, a slow freighter from China. Beyond these two issues, it appears to be a high-quality item at a very reasonable price. The engraving and ID tag are excellent. However, the silicone band is too short for me to wear comfortably. On the very last hole, it is still snug around my wrist—until I bump something and it comes unbuckled. I just sent my second email to the company. The first was over a week ago with no response. Still waiting.

Very small. I’ve had to remove watch band links and this barely fits on the last hole. It is for children and skinny people only. Word to the wise.

The poor quality of the lettering and glossy finish on the stainless steel metal makes this medical alert bracelet ineffective as not able to clearly read what is engraved. I understand that this item is not returnable but due to this bracelet being ineffective in the visibility of the medical alert issue, I feel a refund is warranted. I strongly suggest not using glossy coated stainless steel.
