**Q: What is the difference between regular ole sand from the beach and this one?**
A: It's very fine white sand, filtered without impurities

**Q: Could I use this in a small fish tank?**
A: I wouldn't, I would go to a pet store and buy sand specifically for fish tanks.

**Q: Could I use this in a bowl as a base to tamp down and mold my incense powder? I usually use rice chaff ash.**
A: Make sure that the bowl is not plastic. You should use the sand to hold the small charcoal burners. Put your incense powder in the charcoal disc. Light the disk while in the sand until it gets hot. Put powder in it and it will burn. The charcoal disk gets very hot and the sand helps keep it confined. Hope this helps answer your questions

**Q: Will the sand allow joss sticks (Japanese incense) to keep burning through past the sand to very end of the stick?**
A: The sand in non-flammable. That would depend on the incense sticks. But I would imagine it would.
