**Q: Once the Mia Smart is placed on the stand, is there supposed to be a pulsing light to indicate it is connected and charging?**
A: The pulsing light indicates that it is charging. Please make sure that the device is attached to charging base securely and it is fully upright to charge. Please charge the device for 24 hours to bring up to full charge until a solid white LED is visible around power button.

**Q: Does this work with the older version**
A: Th charger is compatible only with a Mia Smart and not with any other Clarisonic device.

**Q: I bought a mia 2   1 1/2  years ago.   Are replacement chargers not available anymore?**
A: Mia 1 and Mia 2 are retired. These devices and the chargers are no longer manufactured.

**Q: Does this work with the MIA 2 clarisonic?**
A: Hi EV, thank you for contacting Clarisonic. The Mia Smart charger is not compatible with Mia 2 and does not charge the device. The Universal Voltage USB charger for Mia 2 is available on brand’s website for purchase. Thank you!
