बुक करते समय 12 पैकेट्स शो हो रहे है लेकिन मेरे पास सिर्फ 11 पैकेट्स ही डिलीवर हुए है, खड़ी मुल्तानी मिट्टी का पैकेट साथ में नही आया है। काफी सारे पैकेट्स का वजन 50 ग्राम से कम निकला। हालांकि सारे सामान की क्वालिटी अच्छी है लेकिन 1 पैकेट का कम आना और साथ ही क्वांटिटी का काम आना ये सही बात नहीं है। मुझे जल्द से जल्द सोप्स बनाने थे इसलिए मैने ऑर्डर रिटर्न नहीं किया और न उनके कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत की।

Easy and very natural to sensitive skin

Ordered this around 4-5 years back when quality was very good. Then it was not available on amazon for sometime. Noticed it now and ordered the whole bunch. Tried a few,, charcoal.. Haldi.. Etc. And the quality has become very bad now. Got skin problems because of this. Stay away from this
