Quality item, works well
Quality motor casing and handle , looks very nice and having used it once up to now works as expected , only complaint is the wire could be longer , I can see someone accidently cutting through it that's why I only gave 4 stars

Good value
I use this about every 4 days to slice bread. I don’t use it for anything else but it’s great at cutting bread and goes through it like butter. It feels solid and well built and does the job as expected blade are easy to remove and clean but as I’m only cutting bread I rarely need to give the blades a clean. Nice electric knife for the money, not disappointed in it and it gets regular use

Disappointing !
Seems to cut well but is noisy & the lead is far, far too short ! Needs an extension cable to use adding to the cost & making it very awkward. If I had realised this sooner I would have returned. Will be replaced soon making it a waste of money.

Pur sapendolo, avrei preferito un prodotto ricaricabile: i suoi punti deboli sono infatti il cavo troppo corto(sconsigliato l’utilizzo di prolunghe nelle istruzioni) e la spina inglese senza adattatore

Tiene buena potencia para realizar los cortes tanto de carne como congelados, PERO, el enchufe que llega es tipo Ingles o Asiático y en nuestro país no existe ninguno de este tipo, tienes que ir buscando el tipo de adaptador especial para poder conectarlo a la corriente, además las instrucciones (aunque fácil ) no vienen en español y como sabemos los productos que se venden en la UE tienen que tener como mínimo el idioma del país. Que lo sepais si lo comprais empezar a buscar adaptador para conectarlo a la corriente.

I make my own bread and have found that a "normal" serated bread knife used to cut soft freshly made bread is hopeless. This knife? Superb.
