Tl;dr: I purchased this product in hopes that it would help my STREP THROAT. It worked. This product contains a virus that destroys bad bacteria. Didn't even know that until I started taking it. Keep reading below.. Probiotics is one of those new ages terms that gets thrown around at nearly the same frequency as "thyroid problems" and "adrenal malfunction" (which is complete and utter BS BTW). Most products that contain probiotics get destroyed by stomach acid and never reach the places they need to anyways. I'm a highly educated person, a business owner, with multiple degrees--to say that I like to learn and understand is an understatement. I like to research before I buy. I took a chance on this product, and I'm happy I did. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STREP THROAT: I waited it out for nearly 2 weeks. Since I don't have insurance (ef the affordable health care act bunch of freakin' monkeys over there). My neck was sore and tender. I was bed ridden for the first 4 days (which never happens to me ever). After the 2 week mark, I decided I better get down to the doctor and get tested, it could be serious. Went in and him cash to do a mouth swab and run the test. Sure enough. Strep Positive. I told the doctor, "thanks, all I needed to know." "Don't you want antibiotics?" "Mm.. not really" I'm not suggesting other people disregard their doctor's advice. I just didn't like the idea of taking another round of antibiotics. There's many peer reviewed studies by scientists out there that describe the damage that antibiotics cause in your gut and other organs. I took this Deep Immune thing for 4 days straight and strep gone. Appetite was back. Energy back. Unbelievable. But.. I somehow reinfected myself. Found out it was my toothbrush, did it again but instead finished the whole bottle. 6 weeks later, strep hasn't come back. DID YOU SAY VIRUS? Here's the interesting thing, I stated above this product contains a virus. Yes, you are infecting yourself with a virus when taking this. On the back of the bottle you'll see PreforPro: 3 different Myoviridae and Siphoviridae. Google these. They seek out harmful bacteria and pierce the cell walls of that bacteria and injects itself inside. Once it has control of that bacteria cell, it starts to manufacture most of itself. Pretty cool. OTHER EFFECTS After taking this product, I did notice less cravings for junk food and more cravings for healthy food. Some increased energy and well being. I think it's subjective, because I believe it's still undecided whether probiotics have any lasting effects. This product does have spores that grow inside your intestines, but I don't know if those are sustainable after you stop taking this. The food craving stuff has stuck, don't notice much of a difference as far as motivation or energy. Your gut is said to control a major portion of that type of stuff. Anyways, great product. I'd buy again. A+++

I love this product. i dont have an immune system so fungi the affects people makes me very ill. over the counter antifungals work fine until they dont, cloramazole 1% is over the counter then i graduated to 2% which is a script called naftin. after that your talking about oral meds which make me very ill . these cant really be used on going long term either. the above treatment took about 15 years to work thru w them all eventually failing as the fungi adapts . this left me searching far and wide on the net for other ideas. women didnt die of yeast infections for the last 10,000 years b4 we had these newer drugs so i searched out herb remedies. this product has one of three herbals found to be effective for centuries. that herb is called Bifidobacterium lactis. this product eliminated fungi in the pubic region very well . an aside here i recently had lung issues that triggered a scan that scan got me a lung cancer scan given under mild anesthesia which looks for cancer activity the lungs. non was found. however something was found that couldnt be identified and the something was very painful in the lungs. i consulted we a pulmonology specialist and we guessed this could also be fungi. i didnt know one could have fungi in the lungs but doc set me straight. so i upped to dose to 2 caps a day and the lung issues cleared up too.! so in summary this product works very well. i have used it for last 2 years. no side effects at all and no problem with taking it as long as u take it mid meal and w the largest meal u have in a day. recently i opened my bottle and lost my apatite as the stench was really bad. i checked the bottle and it has 2 YEARS to go before it expires. so this means to me amazon had improperly stored this product for some time. if you have ever been in a modern warehouse like amazons , you might notice that products stored on the top tier of shelving are probably 20 to 30 degrees warmer than anything at floor level. i suspect these had been improper stored causing them to go bad early. i am now trying a different product for a while and hopefully i can switch back to these after the bad stock is sold or removed. its too soon for me to tell you whether the alternative i found work well. stay tuned. also feel free to forward this to amazon maybe it will cause them to change there ways regarding storage and stock rotation. best of luck DFB

This probiotic caught my attention when I saw it as a daily deal on Amazon. Prior to taking it I've taken other probiotics and most recently the Jarrow Formulas Jarro-dophilus EPS, 120 Capsules on a regular basis, but have noticed no real positive effects from doing so. During the past week I've been vigilant about taking these as directed. The capsules are not big by my standards, and have no unpleasant taste - however if you stuff your nose in the bottle it will be 'unpleasant'. I take them with my largest meal and have not had any stomach upset except for the first day. I was relieved when that didn't continue. I've had ulcerative colitis for the past six years and take a drug to reduce inflammation in my intestines. At times I've had to go on steroids to help this drug to do its job. I tend to easily get stomach and/or bowel upset following eating anything, and frequently feel sick because of it. I also have fibromyalgia which makes my energy level a big concern and joint pain which is made worse if I don't eat the right foods and/or eat too much sugar or caffeine. I often deal with yeast overgrowth (oral thrush and vaginal yeast) as a result of these medical conditions. What I've noticed over the course of a week is that my usually bloated lower abdomen is slowly going down - despite changing nothing in my diet. I drink a lot of water, exercise and eat mostly healthy foods, but have had problems with bloating and frequent flares of diarrhea since my ulcerative colitis kicked in. This probiotic may be helping my intestines to calm down as both the bloat and frequency (and consistency) of bowel movements have been improving since taking it. My gut noises are overall more frequent now, maybe because the overall system is working more effectively? I feel as though my yeast overgrowth is slowly subsiding too. (I also take AZO Yeast to assist in the management of this issue, but it's mild and doesn't really cut it as it doesn't kill yeast - it simply lessens the symptoms.) I'll continue to take this product and update this review as I do. I'm optimistic that it is the real deal, and can help me to live a more balanced, healthy life despite challenging health issues. I will be happy if I can continue to lose the uncomfortable bloat and yeast issues, but a gut free from painful ulcerative colitis symptoms would totally sell me on it. I have had severe digestive system issues...ulcerative colitis, duodenal ulcer, colonic inertia/lack of peristalsis...most of my adult life, starting over 40 years ago. Finally, 14 years ago, most of my large intestine was removed. Although this solved some issues, it seemed to create others. My ability to digest and absorb foods properly to get the nutritional benefit was greatly diminished and since the surgery, I have suffered years of sub-par health. A few months ago I bought some digestive enzymes and started using them daily. (I had not discovered the Dr. Tobias line of products at this time, so these were not Dr. Tobias brand enzymes...they will be next time!) I didn't notice any improvement, but I knew this would not be a "quick fix", since I had been digestively compromised for so many years. I just wanted to let people know that this product is probably a good addition for everyone's general health, but it can also be life changing for some people like me.

I’m taking a combination of Dr. Clark’s bug buster and Dr. Clark’s fungal fighter as well as Dr. Tobias’s deep immune probiotics and Naturelo Whole Food multivitamin for women. Dr. Clark’s pills are nice because they have no bad taste and it’s only one pill a day of each. I’ve long had a diet high in carbs and sugar and have suffered from leaky gut syndrome for years. My symptoms were: thick coating on my tongue, bad breath, fissures on the corners of my mouth, acne, dry skin, achy joints, and chronic constipation. As soon as I began taking these pills I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. They have completely cured my chronic constipation. For the last 8 years I averaged 4 bowel movements a month and I now go daily. The coating on my tongue, the fissures on the corners of my mouth, and my bad breath are gone. The aching in my joints has improved by 75%. All of these improvements were without any change in diet and happened within two weeks of starting the pills. I’m still having breakouts on my face but it’s also that time of month for me. Since I’m taking a combination of pills I’m not sure exactly which one is doing the trick but I will continue taking them as long as they are available because I have seen such good improvements. I’ve tried others that didn’t work at all and am so relieved I found Dr. Clark’s. The deep immune probiotics are capsule form, have no taste, and are small. They are two capsules daily. The vitamins are capsule form as well which is great because I hate those big horse pills other companies make that have that terrible vitamin taste. These have no taste and don’t make me nauseated. The only downfall is they are four capsules daily but, as an RN, I know you don’t actually need to take a multivitamin daily so I only take two a day just to give me a boost since my diet lacks variety. If you are looking up these pills you probably suffer from leaky gut as well. Diet has such a huge impact on health. For those of you who, like me, have a hard time giving up all the carbs and sugar, these pills at least help balance the overgrowth of bad bacteria/yeast. I've had Chronic Fatigue Immune Deficiency Syndrome since 1993. This is important to say upfront, as I have obviously, like others with similar illnesses, TRIED ANYTHING that promised to work. NOTHING did... not ANY of the really expensive treatments of all varieties prescribed, NONE of the tons of over the counter vitamins/herbs, NOT even the refrigerated live cultured liquid disgusting tasting "probiotics " from the " best health food stores ".Then after a series of prescribed Antibiotics I knew I had to try and find a good probiotic and I DID!!! This product worked and I took the whole bottle....was feeling better (not cured) ...so I stopped because I had simply ran out and didn't think that I needed to take anymore. About a week later, my stomach returned to my daily misery ritual that I had gotten used to (you never get used to it) over the years.... and then POOF... I thought what did I do or not do??? I hesitated for reasons explained earlier...but I took a chance and reordered this product. I thought after 3-4 days of taking it again that as USUAL...it wasn't this that helped...BUT... I went ahead thankfully and kept taking it until it was gone. Yes, in about 3 days I was miserable AGAIN!!! So....it couldn't get here fast enough...AND I knew it was helping because after 3 days of taking it once again... I felt so much better (again...not cured) and my stomach pain etc. was to my best estimate...80 % better and still is by simply taking this one product. I didn't even waste my time or money on the over the counter brands as I had already tried them all before. Something is different about this product. I cannot remotely express my thanks for the benefits this amazing product does for my quality of life. Yes... I ordered "2" bottles and put it on auto along with my other regular amazon.com items I receive regularly.

I suffer from IBS-C, among other things but my doctor recommended me to take a probiotic to help with my immune and digestive system. I searched on Amazon (since many pharmacies don't have a wide selection of probiotics to choose from, plus they are expensive) and I was attracted to this company & product. Also read the reviews from other customers, promising this would definitely help. And so I decided to give this a try. Been taking "Deep Immune" for about a month now. Initially, it was instantly working for me at first. I did feel somewhat of a difference right away. Within the first few hours, I was able to have a normal bowel movement, and I finally felt relief. But then after a while (about a week or so after) I guess it stopped working for me, which was frustrating. My body seems to be "picky" with what helps me or not. About the 3rd week, I started getting sick (and it has nothing to do with "Herxheimer Response" at all). I started coughing out phlegm and even losing my hair, which was very concerning. Now, my doctor says I have a zinc deficiency, in which that is why my body is reacting the way that it is. She doesn't think it has to do with this product but she says I should be always very cautious as to whatever supplements I am purchase/order online. This product ships to you quickly and both bottles I received were safety sealed & has a reasonable expiration date. You do not have to refrigerate it once you open it. The Dr. Tobias Company even offer you a complimentary bottle about a week or 2 after your initial purchase. However, their customer service is not really great. They send ALOT of emails to your mailbox. They particularly misspelled my name in the email when they offered me the complimentary e-book and bottle of this product, and they don't answer/reply back unless you reorder with them, perhaps. They don't seem to have a customer service number either. This product does originate from Germany. Since "Deep Immune" seems to work for MOST of the Amazon customers on here that promise fast & positive results with your health, don't let my review & honest opinion deter you from trying it out and seeing how it goes. If you know your body is either very sensitive or very stubborn (like mine apparently), that should also factor in if you would think this product would be right for you. Just know you're taking a 50/50 chance that this product MIGHT HELP you or NOT. There is no real guarantee. Also note that you will be spammed with emails from supposedly Dr. Tobias himself (still don't know what the man/woman looks like, lol) but at least he or she might offer you a complimentary e-book and bottle if this does help you. So it might be worth your money and health. Since I have the complimentary bottle, I will give it one more try, and will try to update this review. But until then...hope my review helps you weigh out your options before purchasing! I believe this is a safe product to try but don't necessarily believe from everyone that this or any supplement claim think this will totally improve your health 100%, until you try it yourself. We never know what can be life-changing (in a positive way) until we try it. And everyone's body and immune system works differently.
