Mid-Ear models have ears slightly taller than bunny ears to provide additional support. This top of the line Deluxe B.B. Rear Bag, used by many short range bench rest shooters, has the Mid. Cordura 1/2" Double Stitch Btwn. ears for a better track. This bag has a integral doughnut bottom comprised of 3 layer hard bottom that measure 5" x 6 3/4". The side spears have the stiffer Bumble Bee Black and Gold leather to keep from stretching over time. This is an incredibly stable bag that will provide years of service. Bag Measurements: Mid. Cordura 1/2" T.S. Btwn. ears, bag is 3 3/4" - 4" tall to the bottom of the ears, 5" x 6 3/4" doughnut bottom, comes filled with sand and ready to use! MADE IN USA!

I love this bad it is very sturdy and holds my rifle in position. I believe it has a place to remove some beans or whatever it has in it to soften it up, but I like it just the way it is works great on my Bell & Carlson stock.Kinda wish the ears where taller but it did say a mid bag.
