I received my order in a soft-sided envelope with the print safely held between 2 pieces of cardboard. The only "demerit" I'd give was the print had a dent/scratch in the top right section of the print.No worries though. I stated my grievance and another print was mailed to me within the week. I was able to print a return label and UPS did the rest!It's all good;-)
