A Merry Friggin' Christmas Soundtrack

I watched the Merry Friggin' Christmas movie this past holiday season (2017). I'm not one to buy soundtracks but for this movie I made an exception. I just loved the songs in the movie and had to have them for my holiday playlist. I'm very happy with my purchase!

There is a reason NPR named this one of the top four Christmas albums of the year (and Wall Street Journal named it one of the 6 best albums). I'm glad I saw their reviews, because otherwise, I would have never thought to buy this -- the movie was ok (not by any means the best Christmas movie I've seen, but not the worst either) -- but this CD is in heavy rotation in my home and car. I love most of the tracks on here -- and I'm glad I bought this. I also don't leave reviews many places, but when I saw the petty review from the person below who was angry they couldn't buy just one song, I had to weigh in here -- I love this album!

Nearly excellent cd for today's holiday. Please don't be put off by the inexplicably selfish and destructive review from someone who hasn't even heard it. It's a compilation that is offbeat and fun. Get it. You'll enjoy your own wacky family a little more after listeniing!

Bought this without seeing the movie. Expected the songs would have humorous lyrics since Robin Williams was on the cover. Songs are normal. Because of that - it's just another Christmas CD.
