The Flying Fisherman Cabo Polarized Sunglasses excel in performance, protection, and sleek design. Comfort grip nose and temple pads ensure a cozy, secure fit. Polarized triacetate lenses reduce glare and eye strain, offering impact and scratch resistance, along with lightweight durability. The AcuTint Lens Coloring System enhances color contrast without distorting natural hues, enabling clearer vision. They provide 100% protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Review: cool blue "Flying Fisherman Cabo Polarized shades - I was in the market for a good pair of sporty,POLARIZED Sunglasses, and I soon found that it isn't that easy to look at an image of a pair of shades, and guess if they will look good on you. Well, I took the chance on these, and I am much more satisfied than I thought I'd be. I only wish that the hinges were those "springy" ones,... my only issue. I really like the fit, as well as the way they look. Glad I took the chance. I live on "The Big Island" of Hawaii and a good quality, reasonably priced priced pair of shades are almost mandatory here. Very happy with the Flying Fisherman and I'm glad I got the blue reflective, polarized lenses - Double A+ on these. Review: Great relatively cheap glasses. - Edit 13 years later. Still using this style and have purchased multiple pairs to replace list or damaged ones. I use them for almost anything outdoors where I could benefit from Sun and or eye protection. Though these are not rated as safety glasses, they work fine for protecting my eyes from occasional sawdust and loose parts. Decent Polarized sunglasses. I was looking for a relatively cheap pair of Polarized sunglasses for wearing fishing and just for general use, playing basketball and other sports. I recently got Lasek eye surgery. The doctor said I need to be religious about wearing sunglasses for about a year. I splurged and bought a pair of nice polarized aviator glasses at the eye doctor after my surgery for about $100 (one of the cheapest pairs). I bought these because I know the aviators would not work well for active sports, and all the sunglasses at the eye doctor designed for active users were in the range of $200 - $500. Hopefully these will suffice. They are working great so far and look much nicer than what you woul find on the Walmart shelves.

Good for boating.
I like the build and quality of this glasses and the price is very good. I am not 100% convinced that the polarization could not be better. I'm satisfied with the sun shading but I have tried high priced fishing glasses that actually let me see through the water surface, this one does not. But again for the price I would recommend them. If I could afford the overpriced Costas I probably would buy them. In Summary I do recommend these for fishing.

Nice fit for smaller heads, but not the best build-quality
I love the fit of these sunglasses on me - they are great if you don't have a large head, but after several months of opening and closing the arms one of them will tend to tighten and break off. I've tried loosening the screw, but it doesn't help. I've gone through several pairs in the last couple years. They are cheap though, so I keep buying them... I may look at a different brand next time. It's hard to know how sunglasses will fit though, so I've kept using them since I like the look on me.

Great for fishing!!!!!!
I wanted a pair of polarized glasses since I go fishing just about every week but I didn't want to pay a lot. What a difference these make. I can see so much more fish through the water. The colors really stand out and it makes spotting fishing whether I'm on a boat or wade fishing which I do a lot of. They fit great on my head. I compared them to my friends Costas. They are not as good but surprisingly there is not an extreme difference. They have the same tint coloring although the Costas are darker and more comfortable. But to see through the water to spot fish these are not too far behind the Costas. Pros - Inexpensive - Visibility in the water is wonderful - Colors are vivid - you wownt cry if you break them Cons - Cheaper plastic - the main thing. The nose rests are uncomfortable I recommend these to everyone if they are looking for a main pair to wear all the time or just to have as a back up.

Excellent
Not too dark but good enough to work fine in direct sunlight, as you would hope. The frame plastic does not feel to sturdy but is not wobbly and I haven't had any cracks yet. I use the FF case though as I don't trust the plastic frames holding up while in my backpack. The frames look fine though and fit perfectly on my head, although I have a slightly smaller head. The lenses look sick and do a decent job of the "mirror" effect. I got these sunglasses because they had a sweet design and they have lived up to expectations in the style and effectiveness department, especially for the great price compared to "aviators" or a more expensive brand. 5 stars for devilish looks, good sun block, and holding up.

Through a glass crisply
I highly endorse these shades, for these simple reasons: 1) They look good. These are good looking shades. Nuff said. 2) They are polarized, and do a great job at blocking glare. This is one of the features that is a "must have" for me in a pair of shades, but I have found that "polarized" lenses run the gamut from barely effective to... well, these. These are probably the best sunglasses I have had at blocking glare. 3) Crispness of vision! The description said they would enhance contrast, and I was skeptical of this claim. I have discovered that they do in fact enhance contrast, and make my vision crisp. I am tempted to wear them on overcast days, they do this job so very well. Now, I have never bought a pair of glasses that cost more than $60, so there are probably some expensive ones out there that do all of these things better. However, you won't find a better deal at this price point for all the reasons listed above. I have three pairs now!

Terrific sunglasses for the price - every bit as effective as my wife's expensive Oakleys and a lot less worried about losing these - although if I did lose them, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair immediately.

I have a small head and these glasses are still too tight. They also sit crooked on my head with the right lens touching my eye and the left lens far away from my eye. It's not my head either I have other glasses that are fine.
