Plastic legs broke off after less than a month of use on campus sidewalks and ramps. Handle seems likely to start cracking, possibly break before long.Lots of room, but little organization to main compartment -- just one big compartment, no laptop pocket or other divider. Even while legs were intact, tended to fall over very easily if handle was extended (or without handle extended if loaded fully).

I spent more than I'd planned on this bag because of the advertised features. My suggestion to you is not to waste your money. This bag did not perform well at all. I purchased it for my daughter at college for Christmas last year. By the time she got it back to school the straps were chewed nearly through, requiring repair. By spring break the wheels had broken and the handle and bottom were falling apart. And any warranty they may describe is a lie. So since all you're going to end up with is a backpack anyway, save yourself a pile of cash and go get one at Target.This bag was purchased on eBay because of the color option the seller offered.
