I don't think it will remove much of the rust if you "flush" it through the radiator. You'd need to allow time for the liquid to sit and react with the interior surfaces (8-12 hours), then flush it out. **Q: Can this be mixed with water or something ? Or do I have to buy 15 gallons to submerge my motorcycle gas tank** A: Fill your tank up with rinsed grave, stainless steel BBs or vibratory Sander media and a little bit of water, then shake the bejesus out of it. Rinse, repeat until you're satisfied. Do the last rinse with hot, hot water to heat up the tank, then dump it. The heat will evaporate the water. **Q: Can this be put on with a pump sprayer** A: It needs time to remove the rust. Great for restoring old Disston saw blades too. I've reused it a few times, but it doesn't get very many multiple uses before it's black and then coats your tools in a black coating too. It's hard to clean that off of smaller parts, but at least it still removes the rust at that stage. Weakens rapidly each time.
